Food is disgusting all the time bagels aren't cooked properly and coffee is never made correctly its sad because this location is convenient I've tried multiple times to give the location the benefit of the doubt and I definitely understand they are under staffed so I never complain about my wait time but very disappointing when you wait that long and food isn't edible and coffee has strange taste this location really needs to be fixed
Very, very slow service inside. They were more focused on drive-thru service than counter service. We waited for almost ten minutes to get two coffees and two (small) donuts.Go figure a top company charges more for a product, all while reducing the actual product size.This isn't just this location; it's all over.Stick to your local grocery store to get the best bang for your, buck.
Pretty standard Dunkin with the doughnuts and coffee and such, they have probably recently had a decor refresh because they also have the cold tap bar which is pretty neat. Workers are certainly overworked and underpaid, I could tell they were working as fast as they could but drive thru was just a higher priority than inside, told them no worries because I had time but I can see this being an issue in the future (obviously at no fault to the workers). If you look at the prices and the average wage of a worker in their position you can see that for just a half hour of drive thru profits they could afford another team member and decrease the stress of everyone involved. If I had to guess the yearly salary of such a worker would be around what one of the franchise owners cars cost and could greatly increase his customers experience at this location. Nice staff.
Staff was very pleasant but the food has the weirdest taste and smell as if plastic was melted into the cooking vessel they use I've never had this experience anywhere.
Best dunkin around. They never mess up my order. I won't go anywhere else
Always good service, pleasant staff with great attitudes. Consistent with making and pricing coffees, which is rare to find!
I ordered a ba on egg and cheese crossaint and they literally gave me one piece of bacon cut in 2 small halfs for a $4 sandwich that was a rip off
I come here every morning after work the employees are extremely rude everyday. I Always try to be understanding that location is under staffed but I am most of the time the 1st customer they are already in a nasty mood. They have a sign at the window saying "Please be patient and kind to the employees who chose to show up... ect funny they expect kindness and patience but treat customers like trash.
