I used to love Dominoes.. haven't ordered in years. Ordered bacon cheeseburger pizza in York on Richland. The ground beef amd bacon was so dry.. no sauce cheese was burnt.. I should have looked at it before I drove 20 minutes to destination.. was going to take it back but the kids and i were so hungry we ate half threw the rest away. I will never buy Dominoes again.m
We order from this location all the time never have a issues or they’re always are willing to fix things if we do which rarely happens but the last three times we ordered wings literally there was only a drizzle of sauce on the wings kinda disappointed

I ordered 3 small pizzas from this place. One of them they forgot to put the pepperoni on it. They charged me $9.99 for each one. I usually order once a week from them, but never again. Spoke to a mgr and he was no help. I will spend my money at Papa John from now on.

I have ordered from here a lot and I am just so disappointed because the last few times the pizza has came here looking like the box has been ran over. I spend 40 plus tip almost everytime.I have been told they would send new ones and other times I was told I would get credits but never do. I also order on line to get the rewards and still I get no help when I spend the money. I think I might try order from somewhere else since I can't get the servers I deserve from this Domino's
Went to the Domino's on Richland Ave. They offer Curbside pick up guarantee of two minutes or less. The manager stopped the timer on the app with seconds left and then brought the pizzas out almost 5 minutes later. When asked about the guarantee, the manager said that had nothing to do with them and refused to honor their own promotion. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant and with that attitude l, I will happily take my business elsewhere
I ordered 2 pizzas and they were both wrong, the pan pizza didn’t have any red sauce on it at all, and the thin crust pizza wasn’t cut the way I requested and was over cooked. I wasn’t even offered anything when I complained ?
Even though I had to come and get my order fixed , I definitely appreciate the team work I sat and saw as I was waiting on my order. They were pretty busy, & I didn’t understand as much from being on the phone vs coming inside. Shout out to the crew for tonight ❤️‼️ You guys did & ARE Doing a great job!
