First let’s talk about cleanliness. The mild salsa and sour cream were piled so high in their deeps that it was seeping out the sides and onto the counter space. Absolutely disgusting. Those deeps should not be filled to the point where there is a mountain of mild salsa on top of it. I shouldn’t see line people pushing salsa into the deep from off the counter. I don’t know the last time you cleaned that counter. The manager acknowledged this issue and proceeded to not fix it or direct anyone to fix it. This is a major Ecosure issue (if I remember correctly) considering deeps aren’t supposed to be filled passed a certain point.The manager ended up making my bowl. I didn’t see him wash his hands before jumping on the line. I said “light mild” and he piled a heaping scoop on top of my bowl. You can’t really take that off once it’s piled on top so I just left it. Maybe next time listen better to your customers or don’t hop on the line. Also, maybe go back and rewatch the training videos. You don’t ask a customer “anything else?” when serving them. It’s blunt and comes off as rude. You lead them through their different salsa options.As for the food itself, disgusting. The fajitas are overcooked and should have been replaced. The lettuce cut sizes are bigger than they should be and are unpleasant to eat. The guacamole is chunky and I bit into some unripe avocado. Couldn’t taste much else past the overload of tomato. The vinagrette was made incorrectly and tasted extremely bland.As a former Chipotle employee, I am extremely disappointed at how this location has gone from one of the best in the district to absolutely terrible.
It was just awful. I ordered a bowl with half steak and half chicken. They were all out of chicken so I said that just steak was okay. When I go home, I open my meal and sitting in there were BEANS. I am ALLERGIC to beans AND NOWHERE in my ONLINE order did I say beans. Also after I picked the beans out, as I was on my last bite, a nice strand of short blonde hair came off of my fork into my mouth. I am repulsed, disgusted, and DEEPLY disappointed. As someone suffering with a ingested allergy I could have lost my life today because of some careless employee. If I hadn’t checked first, it would have been bad! This is what happens when you let democrats run a country.
I would give this place a zero if I could . I ordered online and payed almost 18 dollars for one bowl , that bowl was ordered to get fajitas vegetables, which it did not come with and once I opened the bowl it was not even haft full so I payed 18 dollar for something that I didn't get what I wanted.and it was not up to quality not to mention I got it ice.cold . I understand it's not going to be smoking hot but this was ice ice cold and Chipotle is only 10 minute from my house if that. Then when I tried to get in contact noone answered or I was told by a automatic system to go online I went online and got no satisfaction. SO my advice is if you want to spend your hard earned money on take out food DO NOT GO TO CHIPOTLE.
Chipotle has definitely gone down hill at least the one on concord rd in york. Multiple times now we have done order pick up, got home and didn’t have our whole order. Usually they forget to put the chips in. This time they didn’t give us chips but they did give salsa. My husband had to use the salsa for his burrito bowl though because they didn’t put any salsa on his, or lettuce and faijtas. Do people even check and make sure they made the order right in there?

I eat at chipotle at least 2-3 times a week an I must say today was my first time here an it's by far thee nicest the staff is friendly the food was fresh an delicious an most of all this is the cleanest chipotle I've ever eaten in most are messy this place is spotless I will be back ty hats off to the crew for all the hard work !
Add toppings to food that wasn’t ordered and have no resolution for it when you call them out

No in person ordering because people don’t want to work. We will take our business elsewhere if we can’t be served by a human.
The salad was wilted so I asked for new salad. The one girl got an attitude and started throwing all the condiments in the bowl, spilling the sour cream all over then proceeds to use her hand to scoop the sour cream to the inside of my salad bowl so it would stop dripping off the counter. Proceeds to close the container and slide the bottom of our orders all throughout the sound cream on the counter and bag it. I had to grab a napkin to clean it off. She got snippy and her attitude became worse. Never had an issue like this. The girl that got the salad didn’t even have an attitude. She was just apologetic.
