Went to the queen street location and extremely disappointedThe steak was ice cold- pretty sure it was in their refrigerator from the night before, rice was also cold and undercooked almost crunchy, guac was brown and they had no black beans. $17 in the trashwont go there ever again

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I contacted chipotle regarding a specific incident that too place inside and received no response after weeks. So I’ll share here. First off, this place is never open. I understand because Covid, but at 3pm your employees are sitting inside not doing anything while a line is forming outside? What? Credit card machine doesn’t work, doesn’t take cash unless it’s exact, so how am I supposed to pay for food? Oh that’s right. They are OUT OF EVERYTHING. So I won’t even need to buy anything because there’s nothing to buy! I hate this chipotle location

I have been coming to this Chipotle for a while now, I can say this is probably the most disappointing meal I have ever had from here. I showed up at about 6:30, and they were out of practically everything; chicken, steak, white rice, corn salsa, and lettuce. Now if getting a bowl that is practically everything you could get in it. So I decided to try some different things in my bowl, and that was the worse thing that I have tasted in a while. The meat was cold and the rice was so dry and very hard. Definitely won't be coming here for awhile. Very, very disappointed!!!

I'm writing this review while still sitting in the parking lot. I just received the worst service experience from the "manager" Paige. And I'm using the term manager loosely. I ask for a side of steak and she tried to give me a side of steak in the little clear cup that they usually put the guacamole in and charge me 8.00 for it. After I tried to tell her that I've always gotten a side of steak a the little red bowl, she got extremely rude and raise her voice saying " well I'm the manager here and I'm telling you this is the container we we use" I said well I'm not going to spend my money In here and get such a horrible service and I walk out without the food. I'll NEVER go back in there again.

Absolutely by far THE worst Chipotle experience ever. They closed all of the other restaurants around us so this is pretty much the only option. They were out of steak, fajita vegetables, salad dressing & guacamole & napkins! Then when we sat down, the bowls hardly had anything in them and they were cold. I rarely complain like this but this is completely ridiculous

Just close this location down already or get a new GM! In the past 6 months this place has gotten absolutely terrible and I’ve gotten food here less and less frequently. But after tonight I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Terrible TERRIBLE meal, and service. And (over)charged me for the wrong thing. Employees goofing off and ignoring customers at the cash register. Dirty burnt food all over the prep stations. They were out of burrito bowls and only had lids and were making “burrito bowls” in the lids and then covering them with tin foil. The employees obviously don’t want to work here so shut it down and let them work somewhere else.

The first time I visited my order was completely wrong. Which was really frustrating as the store was super slow. I wasn't going to return to this location, because they messed up my order and the employees all but ignored my existence, but I accidentally ordered from this one through the app. The second time my order was correct. Still no one acknowledged my entrance. I'm split on whether I should go back or not.

This location, literally almost every location is NEVER PREPARED FOR CUSTOMERS! It’s 3pm and they are NOT OPEN, but the people inside wave 4 fingers I guess indicating they’ll open at 4. Chipotle needs to seriously do better.

Decent, sometimes I have to tell the employees to adjust the amount of food in my bowl. They tend to put WAY TOO MUCH rice unless if I tell them. Some days can get crazy busy, likely due to understaffing and/or the number of online orders. Overall, it’s okay, not the best. Cleanliness is good, might need help with the drink and utensil station, refill the items. Lastly, every Wednesday I get dinner from there, I noticed something with the guacamole. I don’t enjoy it when I feel a huge chunk of avocado on my chip. They could be better with the guacamole preparation. In my opinion, Sofia Drive is better than Springwood. Although it’s still Chipotle right?

I stopped in for a quick meal before going to the movies. I ordered the Carnitas burrito. The service was quick and some wore masks.
