I don’t normally post bad reviews but I’ve ordered from this Chipotle three times and every single time they’ve completely screwed my order. Don’t bother coming here. Go somewhere else. I paid 16 dollars for a double protein burrito and each time I go to pull it out of the bag I’ve only received A HALF of a burrito. Absolutely ridiculous.
Finally can order online again. Only thing that sucks is you can't order a quesadilla in store, you have to do it online.My only problem is customer service, at times. Just seems a chunk of them don't want to interact with people... though sometimes it's great to just go, order, and leave with no real interaction.
If the restaurant runs out of something they don't take it off the website and will still charge you for said items (for online orders) and I guess they just hope you don't notice. They also put about half of the fixings on online orders. If you're not standing there watching them, they really screw you out of a lot of food. The foods good but the people that work there are dishonest and need to take a little pride in their jobs.
The store is so dirty! The beans were so dried out, the green salsa verde did not look edible. The food counter was so gross. Nobody wanted to wait on the one guy in front of me it took 5 mins for someone to help him. Nobody was doing anything. How do they pass a health inspection. I’m sorry but the service, and worth ethic would not be worth the $15 an hour everyone wants.
1st time trying Chipotle and I was pleased. They have vegan meals and give you a generous amount of food so the price is reasonable. I will continue to do business there.
They gave me someone else’s order, but despite my hatred of beans I was going to try to eat it anyway. As I am sorting the beans out, I was amazed to find out they had hired Rapunzel. I thought she was a fictional character but judging by the 4 foot long hair stuck in the rice, I don’t know who else it could’ve been.
Burrito bowl is great option. Steak/chicken are great.Enough for 2 people. This chipotle is on their game. One of my favorite stores. I’ve come in during very busy rush hours and the line moves pretty quickly and I’ve never been told we are out of steak. They always have a fresh rotation of food. I’ve been to several other stores where they have been out of steak and said it would be a 10 minute wait. Never had that problem with this one. I don’t do app ordering so I can’t tell you anything about that part.
Disgusted!! Restaurant is not clean, food is not hot, and always out of food items. Also noticed that the food quantity has shorten. I will give it 0 stars if possible because giving it 1 star is too good for them.
