I walked in and ordered, I swear on my family’s life the food arrived at my table within 2 Minutes. I went to wash my hands and it came as I was walking back to my table. The food was excellent and the staff was very polite. A staff member was walking around to help people and offer assistance. They gave me a refill on my way out as well. Hands down the best experience I have had with any restaurant. It was so clean, and lively.
They always has the best customer service but with such a high flow of traffic things tend to get hectic and sometimes mistakes happen. I asked for extra Chick-fil-a sauce and ketchup and they forgot both and I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich and it came with them, I picked those off but had to go inside to get my sauces. Their chick-fil-a sauce is just too good to not dip everything in it haha.
Great food and our first time there since before the pandemic. We really enjoyed the new remodel they've done ✔️
Always a fast line. Don't let the number of cars scare you. Very very fast service, and I've yet to have a mix up.
Was on a road trip for a college visit and this place was crazy busy but to my surprised they brought out our food in no time, literally. It goes without saying that the food was delicious, but the service was just as good.
Sometimes they would get my order wrong and make fun of each other. But mostly a bunch of good natured folks trying to serve a lot of customers. Traffic is really backed up often for this place.
Doordash and other delivery services are available, food is always good and hot. I don't like the place personally but my family loves it
Not among the cheapest of fast food, but the staff seems happy and clean. Appreciate people who get one day off a week, to patronize and fill out the places of worship. My son likes their sandwiches, wife and daughter love their milk shakes. I imagine their delicious cookies.
Service was fast at pickup, but food was below standard. Our chicken was over fried/dark and our fries were soggy and mostly bits and not actually waffle fries. I likely will avoid this location next time I am in town.
I hate to give this chick fil a a bad review because the employees I’ve encountered have been very kind, but for the love of god just open the inside of the restaurant! It makes no sense to not have it open. Also there something with this Chick fil a buns that I can’t stand. They’re almost like wheat buns and they don’t taste like other chick fil a’s I’ve been to
