Carryout courier is a great delivery service for food.
Never received my order. They dont place your order right away if they dont have the delivery drivers to cover your area. I got a call that my order would be about 10 minutes late and then didn't hear anything for another 45 minutes. Then I get a call that my order was cancelled because they dont have enough drivers. This is a poor business model.
Very pathetic. Ordered pizza 2 hours and three phone calls later they tell me there are no drivers after telling us 2 times prior they were 5 minutes away
ISO wanted to utilize this service. Placing order went smoothly but at checkout I was not able to enter my credit card info and couldn't place my order! So disappointed
Good service and food. We usually order once a week. I like the fact we can getfood from some of our favorite places that don't deliver.
I love the service. Portion size was great and the food was very tasty.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My office used Carryout Courier all the time prior to the takeover by Mr. Delivery. Since the takeover, the drivers are always late and I have absolutely no faith that they will deliver our order correctly. I would not recommend anyone use this. I had to argue with several reps on the phone for OVER 45 minutes before they would even agree to refund our food. They were over an hour late even picking up our order, I had to order food from somewhere else and then they tried to deliver us the cold food over an hour late.They lost our company's business.
Driver was very nice and asked if we needed help setting up. Always fresh, hot , and delicious! Awesome as always!
