Went in with my son to get some lunch and had some terrible service by a short dude. We even waited a little to avoid the busy lunch period. We went in and there was no one in line, the little guy didn't acknowledge us for about 3 minutes even though he saw us walk in. When he did take our order, he seemed annoyed that we were giving him money in exchange for some food...nothing to complicated. It didn't stop with us, he proceeded to give bad service to the next few people that came in after we sat to eat. I reached out to corporate twice and the owner failed to respond. No surprise, if the owner doesn't care why should his staff. Won't be back with soooo many options to chose from these days.
This is the worst Burger King ? ever. Always issues and horrible staff. I came through the drive through Sunday 03/20/22 @ 805pm and after waiting 5 mins a guy comes through the speaking saying I have a one hour wait because he has 6 family meals to make and there is only 3 people in the building. So if you want to sit there a hour we will help you then. Pathetic service as usual just close this location the employees don't want to work anyway
Very good food. Always made fresh other then sometimes the fries are old. But to be fair usually they are fresh and hot. The staff here is simply awesome and they always get your order right. Good Burger King.
I ordered the ultimate breakfast platter and I didn’t get a sausage patty or a biscuit! They said they changed it. Breakfast is the only thing I get at Burger King and I will not even be eating breakfast anymore their quality of food has really went down!
I placed an order on the app and waited 30 minutes before picking it up, but it was not ready when I arrived. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I received my order, which was incorrect. They took my money and delivered a poor replica of what I had requested.
One of my favorite BKs to stop at on my way up 83, right off the highway and the food is always fresh and looks like the pictures, which is nice.
Location is consistently understaffed or closed during normal business hours. And even when the store is open, I have been told that they are unable to serve non door dash customers because they can't handle the volume.If this location didn't consistently tell me that they were unable to take my order when I'm heading home around 8 PM or so I wouldn't post this. So buyer beware.
I’ve had very pleasant experiences while going to this Burger King , I go for breakfast once a week and they are always very friendly and very punctual my food is out very quick and everything is always great! You wanna quick easy affordable breakfast on the go with a smile …. Head to this BK
A mix up in customer orders caused a lengthy delay of 20 minutes before we received our simple two person lunch order. Sadly, there were only two customers in front of us. Amazingly, the staff never apologized. My Whopper burger was average at best.
I stopped by this location a few nights ago to grab a bite to eat. I was just craving Burger King and knew the parking lot was big enough to park my big rig in. I was beyond annoyed that the dining room was closed, as it's not possible to take an 18 wheeler through the drive thru. I saw multiple other fast food restaurants that had their dining rooms open which leads me to one conclusion.Burger King uses covid to save money by running a skeleton crew. I will never spend a penny in a BK in the state of Pennsylvania again. Wish I could give negative stars.Burger King, you suck.
