Probably should fire the whole store. Simply put they’re the worst employees in existence and should never be employed anywhere ever again. They’d be more useful to society leeching off the system then just sitting and ignoring customers for 30 minutes straight that bought and ordered their food already. At least then they’re laziness wouldn’t disappoint the rest of society.
With only person ahead of us, it being a Monday evening and going through the drive through (which in my experience is usually the quicker option other than dining in) we were asked to wait a short while over the intercom, 12 minutes later we were still waiting, no apologies or asked to wait a short moment longer.... burger King is considered fast food, and if there is only one person in front of us, nobody behind, seating area for dine in with nobody ordering food... why are we waiting astronomically long to just put in our order let alone waiting for it to be prepared? Terrible service from the beginning and I recommend you do as I did and leave to go elsewhere for you're food. McDonald's is right down the street and I got my food much faster in a more populated drive through.
I just stopped by the drive thru here and ordered a Big King and the Filet-O-Fish. The "Big King" was the size of a double cheeseburger and only had pickles, lettuce and cheese...and the Filet-O-Fish was so nasty I threw it away. It was gray and tasted like it was freezer burned! Ever since they got rid of a manager by the name of Tina this place has gone down hill horribly!!
Just picked up an order from this location. We ordered the rodeo burger and the gentleman made us aware they did not have onion rings. That’s perfectly fine we would still like the sandwich was our response. Upon opening up the sandwich there was no cheese, no bacon, only one burger vs the two patties advertised and they put three french fries in as in to replace the onion rings. Absolutely dumbfounded.
We pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed there was a wait. They were very short staffed, maybe 3 people and they were busting their as***. They were moving non-stop and I'm sure plenty of customers were angry they had to wait and yelled at the employees but being short staffed isn't their fault. They're doing a great job and deserve recognition!!!
Was there on Saturday for lunch and was shocked at how dirty the dining area was. Every table had dirt & crumbs on. Floors were clearly not cleaned for day or days. The drink area was completely caked in dirt. No napkins. Lid dispenser was so caked with long term caked on crud I didn't want to touch it. I'm shocked this place is allowed to stay open as dirty as it is. On top of all that food comes out cold. Burgers are never hot. Burger not even warm. Cold. Gross. Will not be back.
After ordering on their app i went through drive thru and told them my order number. 2 out of the 3 things i ordered they said we don't carry those items anymore. I told them well the app let me order and pay for it. Then they said i have to deal with the app to get my money back. Then i was stuck in the long drive thru line because there was cars behind me. They said their is items on the app that they havnt had at their location for 3 years.
Ordered a pizza with xtra cheese. This was not an obviously not extra cheese pizzq.. The pizza was cold upon arrival at my apartment located 2-3 minutes from the Marcello's Pizza Shop on Cinema Drive in York.
Great food! Slow service. Went inside and nobody waited on me after standing there for 15 minutes. Went through their drive-thru and it was so long I was sitting in line for 20 minutes before I got through the drive-thru. It is supposed to be fast food. Very disorganized. The manager must be on vacation.
We went to Burger King at 11:30 p.m. We were told their credit card machine was down. So we went and got money and came back 11:45 p.m. and then they tell us they are closed but they close at 12 a.m.
