Accuracy issues. I ordered through GrubHub. GH did their part, the food got here in short order and was hot enough when it got here. I ordered 2 pepsi bottles and got diet pepsi. I ordered blue cheese for the hotwings and got ranch. Also, it's a bit pricey; the order with delivery fees and tip was ~$90. Pretty disappointing when you spend that kind of money and don't get the right order.

We enjoyed our dinner out. Everything we ordered was delicious and hot. Our waitress was very friendly and on top of our requests.
We ordered carryout today. Part of my order was missing. Another part of my order was incorrect. This has happened multiple times in the past on orders from Buffalo Wild Wings.. But this will be the LAST time. The next time I want wings, I'll order from Wings to Go.
Came in this evening. Put our name on the waitlist at 6:25pm. We waited 30 minutes and people who came in after us were seated again and again. We were told “they only have a certain number of tables for two people so bigger parties are seated first”. I have never heard of such a thing. The hostess kept telling everyone it was a 20-25 minute wait which was an absolute lie. We ended up leaving.
This 2 star is for chastity the bartender who came from the bar to take our order after noticing we have been sitting for a long time without anybody checking on us. The only black customers at the time and we watched people that came in after us get served first.after sitting for over 10mins we were about to leave when chastity came over and provided us with excellent customer service. Our drinks (The henny hustle) was great and end up being the highlight of the whole dinner. None of the food was prepared correctly and tasted like leftovers off someone else's plate...will never come to this location ever again
Was seated quickly and server was very attentive. Food came out quickly, was hot, and delicious! I had wings and fries, and previous times the wings were just okay, so this was a pleasant surprise. Probably because it was so slow at the time, but I'll be back. Hopefully they good experiences will continue!!
Ordered through the app and picked up my order. Upon arriving home, we opened our meals to find the fries were missing from each. I was bummed because it's a 20 minute drive to get there, and another 20 to get home. I called and was put on with the manager. I let her know what happened and she confirmed that our fries never made it into our boxes. I told her I'd just come back for them, and to my surprise, when I picked up the food that she personally handed to me, I realized that they remade and fully replaced each meal. That totally made my night! I really appreciate her, and the staff, for going above and beyond!
Great Wings! Sampler Plate was excellent. Great service considering how understaffed they were. Kudos to the employees for going above and beyond what is required.
My main course was brought out before our appetizer. Our appetizer "Chips with guacamole " was salty as heck! By the time the other patrons at my table got their food, mine was cold. We asked if it could be heated back up and if we could have some napkins and silverware. My main course never left the table. At this point I am thinking going out to eat when so many places have HAD terrible service, I will wait till they can train employees again. P.S. we were brought plastic utensils from the carry out since our waitress never came back except to bring the bill. POOR!
