Today I came in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes to order which was no problem. I spent 30.17 on my family's dinner. Was told as soon as I went to order that the shake machine was down for the night . Once again no problem. I ordered for my family waited another 6 or 7 minutes for my food. Got home and realized they didn't give me my sauce for the French dip. I tried calling the store no answer. Drove all the way back to the store waited another 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Told the order taker what happened. She proceeded to tell me oh we don't have the sauce for the French dip. I said we'll why didn't you tell me that when I ordered. I asked for a refund and she told me they could replace the food at a later date. I told her no I want my money back I didn't get what I paid for. She asked me do I have my receipt I told her yes. I pulled around and she told me she couldn't take the food back. Give me 7 dollars and some change. I got out my car and went to the window. She told me her big boss told her not to fully refund me. I have to come back tomorrow. She also complained that her and her crew had worked the last 5 or 6 day's doing double shifts. All of this whith my child present. I'm waiting for the police now. If I did that to them they would have me arrested. I'll never buy food from any Arby's again.
Place is either out of everything or never open. Several times now I've tried to stop in and regardless of what either the permanent, or the temporary hours say I'm told they are closed. Seriously, who is closed at 7pm, especially when they serve the car ahead of you? Sadly, this place is neither fast nor food... Even my already low expectations are dashed.
The food was great. Excellent fish sandwich. The beef and cheddar sandwich is also a good choice. My only "complaint" for my visit today would be the associate behind the counter who rung us up. I don't know if she was having a bad day, which happens to all of us, or what, but she got a little snippy with us while we were placing our order. I'm not upset at her in any way. My one suggestion is that the location we visited, the loucks road York Pa location, would mop the dining room floor because it was sticky when we were there.
I ordered a market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich. The bread was different than usual and was toasted. It appeared to be regular sandwich bread. Normally my daughter and I will share this sandwich because it usually is to large for myself. Must say it was the smallest and worst sandwich I ever ordered from there.
They give excellent customer service and keeps the line moving. There were 5 cars in front of me and I was still at the window getting my order in 6-7 minutes. That's good service if you ask me. They always make a point to ask you about sauces (something others don't do anymore....Mickey's). I like this particular Arby's.
Ordered a roast beef gyro with no tzatziki sauce, and got a greek gyro with everything. They at least got the order of fries right, although they were cold. Waste of $8. Next time im craving Arbys, i'll go to Hardees instead.
As usual, food wea great, service was great, time spent in drive through was short. I love Arby's! ?
Order was accurate and tasty. it smelled so good it never made it home, we ate it in the car.
Store is out of pretty much everything, including beef and cheddar sandwiches which are on their special menu. Rating above does not reflect that they are out of products because that is a situation created by our wonderful President. Rating above is reflective of the fact that I couldn't get 2 for $6 cheddar beef sandwiches without cheddar since they were out of cheddar sauce. If you're out of that much product, you should be able to still get the sandwiches minus the product topping you're out of. "Come on man", roll with the flow.
Don’t use your cards here. They will charge you at the window and a few days later they will charge you again! $22 charge was actually $44 because they charged the same card twice but they are sneaky as hell because it’s an updated charge, old charge from days before disappeared. Never coming here again
