Waygu burger was hot (and delicious), but fries were not.Service is friendly and while I wouldn't say I got my food quickly it has probably more to do with their process for their LTO item. Dining room is open now and kept clean. Men's restroom needs some maintenance and has a giant puddle.Fairly standard experience but for me if the fries aren't hot then it makes for a poor food experience. I wouldn't swear off eating here but there are lots of options in the surrounding area.Edit: Not a critic of this specific location but don't order the mac n' cheese. It just isn't worth it.
My wife and I patroned the East York location, store #6966 this afternoon. The supervisor, named Tyler, was EXTREMELY ignorant, rude, degrading and belittling of his employees. He also used inappropriate (foul) language in front of customers which was directed towards his employees. Nobody deserves to work under a supervisor like Tyler. I give a 5 star rating because, in general, I like Arby's and will continue to patron them in the future.
Drive thru only, but the food was hot and perfect. Crispy fish sandwiches and the best curly fries I've had in a long time.

To the kid working the window Monday night, make sure the window is closed before you make faces and comments about what people order. The horseradish sauce was not for on my Gyro. And did it really matter to you?
I have been to this Arby's several times and it always just seems to be a step below your typical Arby's. The food consistently comes with some issue and the line doesn't move too quickly. However, the workers are always helpful and friendly so that makes it a bit better.
Thought i ordered Gyros? Got home and it was there famous roast beef rolled up and put on gyro bread. Smh
Love the food but they have a habit of Not giving everything you ordered. Has happened 3 times now.so be sure you check all that you order before driving away
Cheddar and beef two for 6 can't beat deal and they load there sandwiches with meat, and that rancho red sauce ? ? yum yum
Best thing was that there wasn't a line around the building when I went there at 1830 before work. From ordering to picking up a less than 10 min with 2 cars ahead of me.
