At first I thought it was going to be a bad visit. It took about 15 min to get a table and it was dirty. The server was super friendly and turned it around. She made sure our table got clean. Super great food and it all came out very quickly. I understand why they made us wait they were understaffed. It might take a min to get a table but it was worth it! Got the 2 for 30. Super cheep but so delicious.
Arrived on 4/12/22 around 1:15 and were seated immediately. We looked at theme u and 15 min. later we still weren't waited on. Other customers came in and were waited on immediately. My husband spoke to the man that seated us. After about 5 min., the host came over and asked us to move 2 tables over so someone would wait on us. Stupid, but did it. We then waited an additional 10 min and still no one came. We left and won't go back
I love applebees but this time my experience was not so good. So we rolled in at 9 pm an hr before they closed. Ordered apps, cocktails, entrees and drinks. The apps came out with the dinners. My dinner did not come out until 45 mins later. I asked for a chicken bowl and I got a chicken salad. I waited 45 mins after everyone else got their plate for a salad? The waitress was horrible and the manage cut our bill in half.
Worst Dining Experience of My 74 Years. Out shopping and decided on a quick lunch. Went in told it would be a 10 minute wait although many tables were empty but I understand staffing is an issue. Seated after about 15 minutes. Waited and waited. Finally host said has anyone waited on you. No. Well I’ll get your drinks. 10 more minutes no drinks no waitress. All this time i watched 5 to 7 staff members in a huddle. Wife and I finally had enough got up to leave and I said goodbye to huddle and one snotty waitress said we are discussing work. Well isn’t that nice. Wish I had requested to speak to the manager. Last time I’ll ever visit an Applebees
They were busy. But we did not mind the weight. We had a great time good food. Keil (I do believe this is how it was spelled) with our server and he was excellent. The best service I think we've ever received at any restaurant. He is truly an asset to the company. Looking forward to coming back and seeing him
The wait staff looks unhappy. Always an unhappy face. It takes forever till they greet you. The floors are unkept anymore. No uniforms. Wear whatever pants you like. Very different now.
They were understaffed so there was a wait to get drinks and food. The manager apologized and turned the experience around for us. Our server stepped up after that and we enjoyed the rest of the time. The manager was great taking the feedback we gave and gave us some dessert for the experience we had. Definitely would go back as they really tried to and made it a better time after it was not going well for the first half of our time there.
This location should be embarrassed to stay open. My friends and I wanted to try out a new spot, and left disappointed. For starters the chips and salsa were so stale it was hard to bite into. We let it go and waited for our meals. I ordered bourbon chicken and mash potatoes, the mash potatoes were so cold and my chicken was nothing but slime and spongey… my friends burger was RED, another friends rice was crunchy and burnt same with the chicken. My boyfriend ordered the steak and it was the color grey, disgusting.
We had a great experience. The food and dessert were good and Josh was probably the nicest server we've ever had. Very helpful, friendly and professional.
We sat at the bar and had the best experience. For dinner we decided to do the 2 for $22 and also enjoyed some drinks. Megan was a great bartender and we had wonderful conversations with her and the other patrons.
