I do Doordash orders through Wendy's. The employees are amazing in getting the orders correct & making sure the orders are verified. I would rate it 5 star if it weren't for the lobby closing at night & having no choice but to wait through the drive thru. If there was a different process for Doordash pick up it would be above 5 star rating. I know this isn't the Wendy's employees faults because they are doing what they need to to try to keep the line moving. It just makes Doordash orders fall behind having to wait through a line of customers placing new orders.
Every time I order they mess my order up ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Y’all need to listen and give the customers what they asked for we are paying our money!!!!!!!!!!
Freaking love this Wendy's, such a place of nostalgia. This past months it's been pretty meh...could tell the girl taking our order at counter was stoned. ;)
Waiting in line for a half hour to order and to get my food! Worst service is near closing time!
EVERY TIME I order Wendy’s on DoorDash they NEVER get my order right, I ask for unsalted fries and I ALWAYS get salted fries that are old at that. I specifically called them today and spoke to one of the employees and told them my order from DoorDash And asked to please make sure no salt were on my fries and that one of my drinks had no ice this happens everytime which is ridiculous
Ayer they close lobby very early at 8pm service is a joke.Take 30 mins at drivethru on average. The wait is so long. Don’t recommend crossing this location after 8 pm especially if you are a dasher .
Hot honey chicken sandwich was soooo good. Baked potato was a baked potato. The longer took for. eh. ver. No clue what was going on, but the car 2 in front of us didn't move for like 12 minutes...three whole songs. Other than that, I was good. It's Wendy's. It's reliably fine.
Who even does this? I was talking to my wife how ridiculous it is to offer only $12 on the employment sign, which is absolutely not a living wage. But then I got this when I asked for bacon on my potato. Who in god's name would think that strips of bacon was what I really was asking for. You guys do loaded potatoes. It's right there on the menu. What mistakes have you made in life to feel that this is acceptable to serve someone? Who hurt you?
Horrible customer service!!! The person refused to take my money at the first window even after looking at me two or three times!! The manager tried to cover her butt by saying she was taking orders. Both the manager and the little girl are a joke!!!
Worst service ever stood at register for 20 minutes no one spoke to us they just kept looking over st us. Then the person who was supposed to take orders was expediting as well and no clue what she was doing. Finally got to order waited another 15mins for food. Fries old stale burger patty was hard. We didn't even eat our food that was 30 dollars down the drain. Do not go to this Wendy's
