Sirloin was very tough. Chicken fingers a little over cooked. Potato skins were ok. Service was good. Prices too high for food quality.
They were amazing when I called about seating 15 people in the next 5m. around 4:30pm. Wasn't too busy at that moment staff was great, and the food was great. Thank you!
The absolute worst experience. First, the waitress was brand new and amazing. It is obviously due to her ability to learn and not the training TGIF showed it lacks. We waited roughly 45 minutes for our food, very acceptable, the waitress paid attention and was always there when she should have been. When our food came out the steak dinners were cooked wrong, the orders were wrong, and the food was mildly cold. Very respectfully we sent the food back. Roughly a half hour later, after trying to scarf down the cold potatoes because I was hungry, they brought the steaks out, cooked wrong again with boiling hot mashed potatoes. Each of the staff I interacted with seemed genuinely concerned, except the manager. She was very short and seemed well practiced in telling us the meals would be free. We came expecting a service and did not get the service advertised.
Will forever support because of the professionalism and quality of the food. First time having something wrong and the manager fixed everything, talked us through how to get a refund on UberEATS. We placed another order just for one of the items and he even added the other item we ordered free of charge.

I'm a little biased bc I'm in love w their whiskey-glazed chicken tenders. Their food is reliably good. Probably my one of my preferred chain restaurants if I have to choose.

Fridays isn’t my favorite, because I had a burger and it tasted very weird and was pretty dry. The sauce wasn’t amazing ether. But I love their sides and service
