Service was fast and efficient. The food was soo good! Even the little ones were able to get filled up!
Meat is disgusting only reason I go is for my daughter. And the frys are good sometimes. I especially hate the way they jam all the order in one bag and you have a mystery when you get home.
Extremely slow service. Drive thru comes before any customers inside. Like a 20 min wait for 2 fries, gave up, got a refund, then went through the drive thru and that took maybe 5mins.
Ordered online! Ready at time I requested! The young man that was preparing my order was very polite and made sure to include any sauces I wanted! Used my first name when addressing me and wished me a great day!
me and my mom went here and got separate orders. she got hers within 10 minutes. i ordered mine at the same time and waited for 35-40 minutes for 2 tacos and 3 cheesy roll ups and watched people who ordered after be get theirs. I asked them why i didn’t get my order and they didn’t even know i made an order because someone had cleared it. So they weren’t even working on my order. The one guy who handed me my order was very nice but a woman was standing behind the counter giving attitude to a customer when they messed up his order.
I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't eat Taco Bell in about a year. They were always forgetting something and the people were rude.But this time the young man who took my order was very pleasant. I even saw him go to the lobby to check on guests. The girl who was up there was also very nice to the customers. ? My food (a large order) was made quick and the only forgotten thing was one taco.The only thing I had issues with this time was I tried to order online and wasted 15 mins of my time ?
Food was great as always but a woman sitting in the dine in area (employee maybe on break) was on the phone with someone screaming and yelling at them, swearing, the entire 15-20 minutes we were there. There were other customers in there as well eating as she was screaming into her phone.
The employee speaking at the drive thru was very rude and I asked her multiple times to made sure she had hot sauce and I wanted some extra, well all she said was "Yep." when I asked her is she got it. Got back onto the highway and realized I got no hot sauce. Called and spoke to a nice young man and explained what happened. He told me to go back in if I didn't mind to get my order remade and receive my missing item. When we went inside to get our order she gave it to us and walked off talking about it and using foul language. It was very inappropriate.
Honestly it's one of my favorites. They rarely mess up my order. They're timely and they seem to have really good customer service. I will say that sometimes the food presentation is a lil sloppy in the sense that condiments will kind of be falling out of food that's not folded up nicely but it's no biggie.
It had been a long time since eating there and had 5 layer beefy burrito and grilled cheese beef burrito and we're very tasty ?.. will be back
