I came in to purchase food, I'm traveling for work and held my urge to use the restroom until I arrived to the store. The assistant manager refused to give me the code to the restroom until AFTER I bought food. I told her I was buying food for two but I had to use the restroom in an emergency and she refused to give it to me. The employee, jayden, asking permission to give me the code felt so bad just blurred it out. I am very upset that I was treated and how the assistant manager handled the situation, poor judgment. I understand people missuse the restroom, but I can assure I don't look like a homeless person and I'm a professional passing through due to work.

After our last experience at this subway we will not be returning. Not only did the employee make our sandwiches and wraps terribly (did not know how to roll the wraps nor how to apply condiments), but the attitude we received was quite unnecessary. To top it off there were long, straight, black hairs in our food. My sister and I have curly hair, so it could not have been ours. We will not return and do not appreciate the terrible customer service we received from Sherri (the employee previously mentioned). If I could leave no stars after this experience, I would.

So I ordered from Doordash 3 subs with a drink and chips. I was missing 1 bag of chips. I called to see of there was something bgg to be done about it. Person answered tonight at around 750pm. Was the only 1 there apparently. There was a lot of shuffling around noise as if they were outside and I started the problem. Long pause. She stated that that her co worker did the chip bag and after i stated again that there was a bag missing there was another long pause. Said she's the only one there and she didn't know what she could fo for me.. Not even to bgg to suggest crediting my doordash account for the price of the missing chips.
