Ordered the same thing I always get, iced white chocolate mocha latte with sweet foam, caramel drizzle, and an extra shot of espresso. Large. The price was $.53 less than normal. Didn’t even think twice about it until after the fact. Forgot my caramel drizzle!!! Of course I was late and needed to be somewhere… Place was busy. Well understaffed. Called in and Tyler said next time coffee is on us! Now that’s great customer service!
Ordered a small hot coffee w/Xtra cream ahead of my arrival on the app...walked in 5-10 minutes later and waited an additional 15+ minutes only to receive a luke warm (at best) offering. It seems every time I go, the service gets worse and slower. Simple, basic orders like this should not take so long and be delivered with such poor care for quality...
I don’t know why I even waste my money going to this location. Anytime I order a White Chocolate Mocha it taste like I am drinking water downed white hot chocolate. I can’t even taste espresso in it. I never have this problem when I order Starbucks at the Lewisburg or any State College locations. I type this as I drink my last venti sized cup of disappointment from the Williamsport location.
Walked in at 8:50 and was told very rudely that they were closing in 10 mins. I referred to the sign saying they closed at 10:00. No comment just glaring stares. Will not be going back
Didn't have the chocolate/mocha I wanted, but they suggested a lovely alternative that I had never tried. Helped me make it taste great. Very friendly and patient staff.
I really don't like leaving bad reviews but the last 5 times I've been here they've closed very early unexpectedly or messed up my order. Like they closed at 5, and another day it was only 3 something and they were closed. Money is tight and this is they only place I can afford thanks to gift cards and reward points. Staff seems nice though
Normal Starbucks fare, and friendly staff. We checked ahead of time and it looked like dine in was available. Unfortunately, when we arrived, drive thru and carry out were the only options.
I absolutely love Starbucks. They have never messed up an order of mine, which is new to me (we all make mistakes we are human) but it's nice to have a place that strives to make as many customers happy as they can (run-on sentences, I know!) I'll pay extra for amazing coffee which this place has. I'll pay extra for my time as well, which I'm saving by not having to go back to get the correct coffee.
This location consistently does not get orders correct. Today, I ordered a sandwich without cheese in drive thru and it came with cheese. They told me I had to wait in the long line again and reorder; making me late for work. On top of which, the staff had an attitude. I will not be returning. I'm not paying high prices to get poor customer service.
The fried chicken is still as good as it ever was. The OMG BLT is everything it promises to be.Enjoyed a sample of on tap beer before picking a growler to go.
