Had a excellent waitress very friendly and helpful and the food was great
The last 3 times I've been there the wings tasted different, especially the sauce. They said they have a new cook. I'm thinking just follow the recipe to the tee. Not sure if I will go back for wings. The rest of the food was good.
Never again. After waiting over 40 minutes AFTER my call ahead order was supposed to be done. I have wings that still have feathers on them and the fries were way over cooked. The food was borderline gross at this point. I realize they were busy but cmon this is ridiculous. I barely got an apology about the wait or any offer to compensate me. Look elsewhere for good food.
Go here whenever I'm in town for anything at all, always have great service and the food is perfect Everytime, and the atmosphere is amazing
I had a turkey cosmo and a pink lemonade. It was delicious. I surely would go again.
Rivals has gone down hill. Nacho Supreme is a Taco Salad not nachos. Not even enough cheese to be considered nachos. Wings are v still decent but I'll pass next time.

Honestly Rivals use to one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat. Always recommending it to family and friends. However, sadly the last few times we have been there the service has diminished greatly. Our serve has forgotten about use multiple times and has taken our meals before we are even finished. I know time are hard and places are short staffed. I myself have worked in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years I understand, but doesn't give servers the right to lack in other areas. I hope as time goes on and things get back to normal so does the service and experience.
Usually we don’t have any problems with attending this restaurant but last night was the exception. We arrived at approximately 6:30 p.m. The server was very pleasant. No complaints there. We got drinks and placed our order approximately 6:45. At 7:45 we stillhadn’t received our meal. Other patrons arriving after us were getting their food but not us. How can the server keep telling us our food was coming soon as they were busy with the fryer and pizza oven and everything was behind. Finally we were so frustrated we asked for our bill. Paid. And left. This was at 7:50. Will be a long time (if ever) we go back. P.S. management never approached to discuss the issue at hand.
