Red Lobster

Please don’t go here. You’ll be disgustingly upset and leave not only with a bitter taste in your mouth, but no money in your wallet. Go get KFC instead. It’s THAT bad.

My husband had fried clams and fried shrimp and he said his was good. I had linguine Alfredo with crab, which I used to love but it was overpriced, at $21.00 for just the linguine, no side salad or vegetable which used to be included with the pasta. The sauce looked and tasted like it came from a jar, and the crab was poor quality, grainy textured, and was not fresh as the dish had a strong fishy smell. The crab did not taste sweet like crabmeat should. Service was ok but had to wait for a table when the restaurant was fairly empty since it was mid-afternoon. Was very disappointed in the meal. I gave 3 stars since my husband's meal was ok, but would have given 1 star for mine.

Anniversary lunch for two. Top dishes = 3 Rock tails and one Maine tail, and pasta dish with lobster sauce. With appetizers and two drinks = $115.32.Lobster tails were hard and dry. The Maine lobster tasted like it was left on the docks for a week before being frozen. The strong smell should have given someone a clue. To be fair, we came in after the lunch crowd around 2 pm. But, in spite of there being very few customers, the waitress never checked on us. When she brought the main dishes, she asked if i wanted another beer. ...15 minutes later , she never came back so I ended up going to the bar for it. My wife ordered a baked potato for one of her sides, it never came during the meal, but they did bring it after we had already paid the check and packed up the leftovers . There's more, but not worth getting into. It was so bad that we could not help laughing about it. I mean, ... it was so blatantly terrible that you found yourself laughing because "nobody" could EVER get it THAT wrong.... could they? :-))
