My significant other and I had stopped in this afternoon and had gotten the new cheese-crusted quesadilla, a burrito, and nachos. The customser service was absolutely fantastic thanks to Candra! She was very friendly and patient as this was only our second time there due to past experience. She was informative about the new menu items and gave great recommendations! The food was very fresh and the service was fast. We will now be stopping in more frequently.
Love their impossible meat! It’s hard to find tasty vegetarian options - was very pleased to find this on their menu!Found a dead fruit fly in my salad bowl - not a nice experience!
Brought my boy here for I know the foods good. Always clean and nice. Staff super friendly and amazing at what they do. Food, as always phenomenal. Boy wolfed down massive burrito in no time flat. Going to come back.
Stood in line for 10 minutes with no one in line, was told they have to fulfill online orders. Well 8 online orders done, more kept ringing in and she proceeded to keep telling us to wait. I’m not one to complain but we’re standing here waiting, the online orders aren’t there yet. Take care of the guests in your establishment, online orders are already paid for & aren’t even arrived yet.
I am in love with their queso & chips and possibly the queso mac 'n cheese. I usually use the app to order after work and run in to pick-up, but sometimes I order in store. It is always clean and friendly when I am there. My order is always right when I use the app as well as in store as they talk to you through the whole process.
Got the family meal. We had leftovers for a couple days. Really good. Definitely gonna get that again.
I was in line for food… they literally fulfilled 12 online orders before me .. online orders should not come before the ACTUAL people in your store … 25 min waiting staring at the worker behind the glass .. probably not coming back. Meanwhile 15 people behind me. ***** UPDATE**** I gave it another shot since I miss my Cafe Rio so much and this is the closest thing .. this time I ordered from my car and walked in and waited. They actually helped people in line this time, not sure if they changed the process, but my online order was done pretty close to the estimated time. The actual food is really good. I’m not sure if they are understaffed at this location or just really popular because there is always a line.
Really good food and environment. Also the staff at this location is always very nice, patient and accommodating. I also love that they don't charge extra for queso! (What gives, Moe's?). Indeed Qdoba beats Moe's and especially Chipotle any day of the week!
Usually love coming here around dinner time but I decided to come around 9 something, and they lock their doors early? There was a lot of people eating inside too so it was a bummer.
Very good.Even though I didn't have the app, the gave me my food free for my birthday
