20 minutes BEFORE closing and the doors were locked. It closes at 10pm and GOOGLE said it was still OPEN at 9:40 PM. I asked to use the restroom because it was a TRUE emergency and our car is CURRENTLY in THEIR PARKING LOT and broke down AND we are stuck. I asked one of the workers, who then grabbed their manager, and then HE met me at the door but didn’t even open it to speak with me. He kept it shut the entire Interaction. I had to practically yell through the door just to ask for a bathroom. That’s what made me mad. The manager wouldn’t even open the door. He spoke to me as if I wasn’t a paying customer, but instead I was just a nuisance. Mind you, not even an hour prior my fiancé and I purchased food from this establishment. NOT IMPRESSED, AND NOT HAPPY. This was NOT good customer service. In fact, it wasn’t costumer service at all, and If I could rate negative stars, I would.
How is this a grilled cheese?
This Panera location has never let me down. They're never horribly slow, or rude and the refreshments are always satisfactory. It does get busy at times and if you're going through drive through pay attention - it's a tight fit and sometimes folks think they're driving in Europe for some reason ?♀️If you pay with cash always check your change and receipt. My only issue is that 70% of the time I was not given correct change. One time I was given a whole wrong order. And a couple of times they forgot to give me that scrumptious Panera pickle with my sandwich. ?Also, they have other soups than broccoli cheese and you should definitely try them.
I had the Broccoli Cheddar soup ... very good as always! Good, long, catch-up conversation with family!
Purchased food online for a party of 12 to 16 February 8th, approximately 10 hours prior to pick up. When I arrived at 12:30pm to get my food order, it wasn't ready. I spoke to the day manager and provided the order number I was given when my card was successfully charged the $84.27!! She had no record of my order. She asked if I used my Panera card when ordering, to see if she could track the order with my Panera card. I said no. She asked to see the record of my purchase using my cell phone, I told her I used my home computer. She asked if by chance I placed ordered for a different location. I said no, and my credit card account shows the Williamsport Panera phone number attached to this order.I was stuck. I almost started to panic. I told her I've got at least 12 senior citizens waiting for me to bring food for lunch at 1pm to honor my mother's 79th birthday ?. She asked me what I ordered. I literally couldn't remember. I rattled off 7 different sandwiches, asked if they could wrap each half. I grabbed a dozen of their delicious pre wrapped cookies and made sure I had 14 bags of chips.I ended up spending more last minute, but that's ok. Their amazing team had my order ready in 15 minutes and I arrived to deliver the food at 1pm!!I probably won't order online again, but their food is always good, and service is always great. I'm still disputing the original charge with my credit card company, but that's for a different review.
We ordered delivery and half of the order didn’t arrive. The manager told me they couldn’t send anything else out because they use an outside delivery app even though we’re right down the street. They thought that they could send a voucher for the sandwich to arrive in a few days. Dinner tonight would’ve been nice. We were once a frequent customer.
Oh do I have a rating for you, as I pull into Panera “Bread” there is always one thing on my mind, a bread bowl. As I was ordering I was drooling at the mouth about that bread bowl. I had ordered two “you pick two” and both were suppose to come with a BREAD BOWL and a baguette on the side. It even said it on my bag and receipt that I was suppose to get a bread bowl with my soups, oh boy when I got home I was in for a rude awakening. I opened the bag ready to dig into my delicious bread bowl, oh but what’s that? NO bread bowl!??!? Man was I ANGRY. Not only did I spend $32.12 on Panera BREAD, just to receive only half of my order and the best part was MISSING. I had already had a pretty terrible day so this was the cherry on top that broke me down. As I walk away with anger rolling off my lips, I go to my bathroom and burst out into tears, my meal was incomplete, I was sad. Thanks Panera “BREAD”.
I was not impressed. My Mac n cheese is much better! The cost for a few items was totally ridiculous! $50 for 2 people to eat??? This was a lesson learned for me! Good luck!
The food was good but they take forever to get it ready. We had to ask multiple times and had to wait more than 15 minutes for two sandwiches.
Super unhappy with the Drive thru. No Joke, sat in line for 41mins! I understand we are in a hiring crisis, but 41 mins! Seriously. To top it off they forgot my cookie :(
