I ordered my usual boneless spare rib combo with white rice, they gave combo with pork fried rice, ordered sweet n sour with white rice. No white rice in the order. Call to tell them the order is incorrect and the woman proceeds to yell at us over the phone telling us no you did not order that when I in fact did order that so I say I would like to speak to manager then the manager also proceeds to yell at us over the phone. Handled so unprofessionally. Especially on Easter. Will not be doing business here any longer.
I had a so-so experience here. My usual Chinese go to was closed so I tried here. I ordered online and it took about an hour to get our food. The food was good and delivered hot, however one of our meals was missing. I called them and they said they would get the other one out to me, but it took almost another hour to get that one. On a good note the delivery driver was nice.
We ordered online from them at 6:40 pm and they said delivery would be 7:15pm. Keep in mind we were 1.2 miles away from them. It was after 8pm before anyone showed up with the food. I called at 7:30 the lady gave me attitude and said the guy was on his way. When 8pm came I tried calling twice and they wouldn't answer.. The food was hot but it was bland. Definitely not worth waiting that long for and then both of us had stomach aches after eating very little of it...... should've just went with burger king.
Food is very tasty very fresh and employees are very courteous and friendly
I just had some food delivered from here and tried it for the first time. Honestly very polite at receiving my order about 20 minutes before closing and I ordered two dinners for delivery. Well the interaction so far was polite and pleased to help. I then received my food with in a decent time and received it from the driver who was being very kind and considerate how I mean. A friend and I then proceeded to get our food out and try it and were even sharing a little of each other's food so we can try the other types of food as well. The food was amazing and not just one,but both dinners.
Good Chinese takeout, classic taste, not disappointed at all. Nothing bad to say about the eggroll, fried rice, and cheese wontons!
I'll start off by saying, the delivery service was terrible. Took 1 1/2hrs to get my food and I didn't even order during a busy time. The food itself was hot when it finally arrived. Very dry and lots of hard little pieces in my food. The egg rolls were good and the rice was slightly overdone and soggy. Probably just avoid this place overall if u can.
I ordered ONE platter and a lg. rice for delivery....dude came to drop it off handed me a receipt to sign for 180.00!I paid over the phone as I have been since covid. Big Mistake! He went back to Panda to straighten out my bill and returned with a 15.00 reciept for me to sign. I called to ask when 180.00 would be returned back to my account.....the lady who took my call said a few days...never again will I order from here EVER!!! How careless can someone be...180.00?!?!?!?
Ordered and did not get wat I ask for and food was cold and took over a hour to get it not happy at all
The food is good, and the service is quick. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town.
