Always enjoy the friendly staff and variety of beers and ciders on tap.
Staff was extremely attentive, great with recommendations. The food was delicious, i have to come back for the scotch egg, and try the Shepards pie, fish and chips, etc.
Great food, good drinks, and great staff. With all of this and prices are still very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Moon & Raven.
Good food and drink. Good old Guinness and some vegetarian tacos made for a lovely meal. Love all the stained glass windows you can see at the bar.
After a long day on the road, I had my first meal in Williamsport here. The bartender was super friendly and pointed me in the direction of tasty local beers. I had a Guinness stew that I still think about all these months later.
Was my first time at Moon and Raven Public House for June's first Friday around 8pm. Was seated quickly and drink and appetizer orders taken immediately. Took about 20 minutes after receiving our drinks for our waitress to return to take our orders. Took another 10 minutes after that to receive our appetizers. Food was good, not great. There is a mandatory 20% service fee on orders with more than 5 people. It is encouraged to also tip but not required. I am all about getting people more money but my service was subpar and not worth the extra 20%. She didn't even check on us throughout our meal. Watched her walk by us and glance over multiple times but there was minimal interaction with us. I probably won't be back
I chose Moon & Raven because my wife loves Bavarian pretzels. Theirs was, she said, really good, but was eclipsed by the cheese served as a dip. WONDERFUL! We both had fish & chips, also terrific. Our server was a delight as well. One caution - make a reservation. The place is deservedly popular.
This is the place for beer lovers in Williamsport.The true treat is the house chips with the house Baltic porter.The bartenders are wonderful and masters of their craft.I can't reccomend Moon and Raven enough.
Small restaurant in downtown Williamsport. The food was good. Nothing particular stood out. I did get the poboy shrimp sandwich with the pretzel bun which was good. Just be sure you make a reservation! We were lucky enough to get reserved seating at the bar 30 minutes after we checked in.
