Was picking up a Doordash & order wasn't even close to being ready. Made me 5 minutes late for delivery. Employees were more concerned with complaining about others rather than speeding up & getting orders bagged. Definitely wasn't the cause of the employees preparing the food because all the food was ready to be bagged & piling up. Terrible experience!
4/15/22 Update: I am not sure what has happened at this location in the past year or so, but the service has gone way downhill. I try to give most businesses some grace because COVID has definitely had an impact on just about everything. But in this instance, I feel that there are just somethings that they should have figured out by now.We live about a 5-minute drive from this location, so it is super convenient for us to go here, especially when on our way to somewhere else. However, almost every time we go, we have something wrong with our order or have to wait an excessive amount of time for a pre-placed Pick-up Mobile Order. You would think that using this option would help, but our orders are almost always incorrect or the food is cold. We much rather drive out of our way to go to the Golden Strip location where the food is always hot and our orders are correct!P.S. Pat no longer seems to work at this location. So, our one ray of sunshine visiting this location has gone. Many blessings go to her wherever she may be!Original Review:Pat, the lady who works in the Drive-Thru is quite honestly the best part of this McDonald's! Don't get me wrong, we love the fries, shakes & other specialties that come with a visit to the "Golden Arches." But do yourself a favor, stop by on a weekday and say, "Hi!" to Pat! I am sure she will brighten your day! :)
Terrible terrible McDonald's. Every single time I go something is forgotten. Anything from just sauces which I was charged for to sandwiches and even one time no burger on my bun. I put this on everything I will never ever ever go to that McDonald's. It's been going on for years. There's a screen that tells you what was ordered. How hard can it be!!!!
I've been going here since I was a child, this specific McDonald's is and always has been my favorite. The people here are friendly, the sandwiches rarely come out messy, and they seem to have the drive through system down. Thank you for dinner, I appreciate the service.
They got the drive-through completely wrong, no customers follow the simple instructions for lanes. I get cut off, people cut in front me almost every visit. They reward customers by allowing them the cut in front of the whole drive-through line. Staff has no comments when I explain my frustration. They lost their only nice employee that was holding their customer service together. Its going downhill fast.
I got a quarter pounder value meal and a double cheeseburger, been out making deliveries all day and was very hungry. Double cheese burger was as it should be, but the quarter pounder was disgusting, took on bite and spit it out the window and put rest of the burger back in bag and had to settle with cold fries. This trip was terrible. Maybe time to revisit BK, might cost more but bad food from a place that does this high of meals per day is unacceptable.
there is an employee here that I have witnessed picking his nose then touching the food as he goes to serve it it's completely nasty and uncalled for sometimes I catch him playing with his hair or picking inside his ears before he starts doing the making of the burgers I told the managers about it but they won't do nothing about it this person is nasty and inconsiderate for safety reasons I will not say his name just saying the managers need to be a little bit more on the lookout when it comes to these kids. plus the food prices are unbearable and the place is unclean when it comes to bathroom use.
This McDonald's has there stuff together. Food made correctly and workers are friendly. It is clean, too!
McDonalds keeps upping their prices and their food keeps getting worse. I witnessed a worker drop something on the floor pick it up he did through it away, but he touched the floor and didn't change his gloves. There is a worker on creek road who always plays with his hair and then touches food. The manager is just not watching these kids. The same exact things except for a large coke included cost me only 35 dollars a few weeks ago. Now it's 42 without the coke.
There hasn’t been one time that we’ve come here that something wasn’t wrong. It’s my fault for continuing to come back, honestly.Not that it effects them at all, but after today I probably won’t. Literally everything was wrong. Wrong burgers, wrong coffee, the fries were undercooked, and 2 things were missing.
