Absolutely terrible service two times in a row. My food was made wrong multiple times and I was forced to still pay for it. The man who is the manager was absolutely not nice and basically told me it was my fault when I wrote in instructions. An employee told me I was right and then when speaking to him told me I basically wasn’t and wouldn’t even honor what his employee said. Very disappointed by the service I got because I was eating here often. I will not be eating here
Their food is good. I didn't pay as much attention as I usually do when out at a restaurant to my meal. I was enjoying a lovely sister day.That is... until cake arrived. I have a particular fondness and preference for chocolate cake with peanut butter icing.Look at the picture of this piece of cake. They do Not fool around. It was moist. It was delicious. The icing wasn't 'too' sweet. Yet, had that fantastic mouth feel of peanut butter.You don't know me. But, I love food. I am not telling a story when I admit I had to take half my piece home for later. I also do try to balance the bad foods with the good foods. In this instance, I knew I'd have competition for the remainder of the piece once home. I ordered a second piece to share with the family!I promise to review their actual food when I go next time.This time, the cake was Not a Lie.Xoxo
Went for breakfast todayBoth my girlfriend and I ordered the black diamond steak and eggsI ordered a Pittsburgh style and she ordered a medium rare.Both stakes came out well done.We sent both pieces back. When they came back out I was served a raw peice of meat that was cold all the way through.She received a slightly more cooked piece but still very raw
Great food and even better service. The waitress realized my order was wrong as she brought it out and took it back for the cook to correct it, when it came back, it was so hot, I burned my tongue, but it was worth it!
My friend and I stopped here for some all-you-can-eat Chicken Waffles on our road trip from Ontario. Chicken waffles is not something we ever see in Canada… so we wanted to try it! It was fantastic! Good comfort food. The fries were also surprisingly good - some of the best I’ve ever had. And that was on my second plate.
I ordered the all you can eat fish dinner. I waited for a second piece for longer than it took my meal to come. I think the waitress forgot about it. I could hear other waitresses asking other customers if they were ready for more, I don't think my waitress knows what all you can eat means. This isn't my first bad waitress from here enough is enough, It ruined my night and I will not be going here again.

First time there and ate breakfast. They have a phenomenal selection, and the food was delicious. Service was great, too.
We were so impressed how the wait staff helped each other plus they were all very friendly and the food was great. Thought about going back for dinner as we were there for breakfast this time.
I have been in Williams for Work and after a long day of classes I was seeking a good homestyle cooked meal, I'm sure where to go I took a chance at this restaurant based on my Web search. Pleasantly surprise the very family oriented business, Is everyone was exceptionally kind and courteous. I ordered my meal and was pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes, I am a big eater and was only able to eat half my meal but the flavor was so delicious, I was surprised that such a good restaurant was Disguised as such a simple plain restaurant. It's a very relaxed atmosphere but the food is exceptional I would highly recommend it if you're on your way to where to eat and I'm familiar with the area or just seeking a really good meal.
