Usually I would give them 5 stars but today they dropped the ball!! Drive through intercom quit working, so instead of sending someone out to let people know, we sat in line for 1/2 hour! I used the mobile app, so my sandwich sat for that 1/2 hour…obviously no longer hot! Very disappointing! I will give kiddos to their staff,They are very pleasant!

Dunkin Newberry — First person in line early this morning, three items ordered, waited at the window at least 20 minutes. Service was horrible, sandwich wasn’t made the way it was ordered and hashbrowns were cold by the time we finally got everything. At least six people were working that we could see, how can you screw up something so simple? Seems like every time we go anymore, always something not made right. Service has gone so down hill, will not go there ever again. Duncan in Linden and on W. 3rd St. have the best service by far, no mistakes ever and less people working for them. Unbelievable!! ??
Out of all the local Dunkins in my area I will have to say this one's the most customer friendly/understanding location. They have the sweetest employees and they were so patient with me when trying to get my 5 yr olds order..for the 5th time. The only reason for 4 stars wasn't due to the service but the lack of product sadly. Just about every single thing I asked for they didnt have. Granted it was around 7pm but just about all of the menu was sold out except for coffee and there were a few fritters and sandwiches..but no speciality coffee flavors not one single munchkin or donut for my munchkin to enjoy. So that was disappointing. I'll always go here but I do think they should maybe take note of these situations and plan more accordingly since they did have a line that late.
I wish they would pay their employees a living wage. They cannot hire enough staff to open up inside. Eat the rich, not donuts.

There was such a long line our vehicle wouldn't fit into the parking lot. Very slow. But the employees were very kind and friendly.
Coffee is great and so are the refresher. Wish they would be open inside to stop and chat with friends.
Lobby closed during hours when it says it’s open. Drive through Line sooo long I had to leave after 10minutes with no refund
The coffee is always perfect and unlike McDonald's the coffee machines always work. My favorite for this time of year of course is the pumpkin spice signature latte.
