They've really took a turn for the worst these past couple months. I don't know if it's new staff or lack of care (which I can't blame them with the low wages Dominos pays) but the past couple times I've ordered from them have been disappointing. Cold food, no customer service, missing items. Really is a shame as I used Domino's because of how late they stay open compared to other establishments. Gonna start going up the road to the Papa John's. Better tasting pizza & I'm willing to dish out the extra couple of $$$ if this is how the establishment is going to continue to run itself. Hopefully they improve back to their former selves, but right now it's really not worth it at all, no matter how cheap the pizza is thanks to coupons.
I've ordered pizza here, probably a half dozen times, and had good experiences. However I ordered today, and it was over cooked, cold, missing toppings, wasn't cut right, which didn't matter because it basically turned hard as a rock. I even order the same pizzas every time. The terrible part, I go to ask for customer service, get hung up on, file a complaint online and there has been no response, nor do I think they care they'll be loosing 50 bucks every couple weeks. I know gas is high and times are terrible, but got to think I just dropped 50 bucks on pizza the dog won't even eat!
the app never works and their site is trash.
This Domino's has done us dirty far too many times. Our most recent order made my wife so violently sick that I had to take off work to take care of her.
Fausto was my delivery driver and he was amazing! I had not even noticed I was missing the sauce for my garlic bread and he drove back to give it to us! Thank you!
Called to ask a simple question . A women names angel picked up and was quite puzzled which I understand she then handed the phone to a man and he continued to get somewhat hostile and then got very rude saying well if the store didn’t then I can trust you hanging up without hearing anything about the question and blocked my online order until I paid with my card
honestly who’s keeping this store in business ?? i used to work there and ever since i quit they’ve been extremely rude to me when i order . when i get delivery and pay with card most of the drivers don’t bother to call me or ring my doorbell to tell me they’re there they’ll leave it on the nasty ground ! mind you i live in an apartment building? . once i picked up from store and the workers (my old coworkers) came up to the counter and called me a b**** and ran away literally hate this location love the food but y’all need new workers if you’re going to keep this place in business .
My pizza has been in quality check since 619 pm, it is now 702 pm. Almost 45 minutes n its still in quality check. Now I'm gonna have to eat cold pizza. IF my pizza ever gets here. You guys are doin a horrible job
Placed order online for pizza, garlic bread knots and mild buffalo wings. Picked up order and got home and my wings were garlic parmesan. Called and told them they messed up. Girl said they would make me a correct order of wings if I wanted to pick upHello by time I go get them and bring back my other food would be cold asked if they could deliver - can't have delivered cause it was a pick up order. Really you screw up and I have to run back ummm dont think so. Check your order before leaving- it's a cluster you know what!!
