Food was great, server was great. Only problem - it took 45 minutes to get the food after ordering . Server explained short staffed and apologized sincerely.
It’s a local restaurant (there are two in the area) that has great food. We had a tuna melt, wet fries (gravy), and a meatloaf sandwich. Everything was tasty, the waitress and cooks were wonderful, pricing was low, and they have homemade desserts.
Good food, friendly staff, great atmosphere.All round good dining experience.
Worst place I ever ate. No mayo on cheese steak bun not toasted as requested. Friend s burger tasted like cardboard they did not care if u got a refill on your drink very little steak on a cheese steak for 13 bucks. They will never see my face again

I would normally recommend this place but today was not a happy experience three tables were served before me and when I asked about it they misplaced the ticket. when I finally did get my order it was one that was warmed up, the cream dried beef had more gravy instead of beef and the home fries were mostly crispy and almost burnt. I tried to support the local businesses so I hope they were just having an off day.
Used to enjoy this place. Went a couple weeks ago and took almost 30 minutes for breakfast and not busy. Went today for breakfast and left after 35 minutes….still didn’t have our food and not busy. All the people coming in after us got their food and we never did. Need a new cook that works the orders in order they are given and the waitress should have been checking on our meals.
Home cooked meals served quickly and accurately. Staff that is very attentive and makes sure you leave satisfied. The meat lovers omelet with sourdough and home fries is the way to go. You're welcome!!!
I've been 5 times and usually have the same waitperson, Rhonda. I want to tell you she is the nicest, most alert server around! PLUS, the food was excellent as usual. I have liver and onions, mashed potatoes & cole slaw. The liver was (made to order liver) and it was the softest and tastiest food!! Perfect service and food every time! Food amounts are HUGE!
I live in up state ny and my sister took us here and the service was fast. The food was delicious! I we will be definitely be coming back.
