April 20, 2022Just sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. It took 35 mins to get to the window after placing my order and when I finally got to the window I found out my order was completely wrong. It then took another 30 mins of sitting at the window until I was handed our food. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we got home to eat our food, both the chicken tenders and chicken nuggets weren’t even cooked through. We also received 2 small fries instead of the 2 mediums we ordered. The absolute worst drive thru experience we have ever had. We will not be returning. I’m sure a lot of other people will feel the same. During the time of waiting we counted 10+ vehicles leave arbys and go to the McDonald’s next door. If we didn’t already pay, we would have done the same thing.
I haven't been to Arby's for quite awhile! I went inside to order & sat inside to eat. Drive-thru was lined up around the building! My fries and my fish sandwich could have been hotter but still good food!
This is how arby's used to be and I have to 1st say all the employees theremployees there we're older than myself and they take great care in what they do what they do utmost respect for every single one of the employees at this establishment
Jan.22, 2022 placed order for dine in at 2:55 pm. Received food at 3:20 pm. Other customers came in after us and received there food promptly. Our 4 sandwiches sat on tray for 23 minutes getting cold. While waiting on chicken nuggets and fries. After receiving our food I went to counter to inquire how long a order should take? She said well you had a big order. I asked if there was a manager available. She said we don't have a manager today.
Don't go there late nights man. In my personal experience (immediate family included) food poisoning twice! And once lights shut off when pulled up to drive thru even tho they were open for another 15 minutes. The fella at the drive thru during day shift and sometimes dinner rush is awesome, aside from him this place really under performs

I went to this Arby’s this afternoon to get lunch and ordered the Smokehouse brisket. There was so much fat on the sandwich it was inedible. When I took it to the counter the young girl at the counter got one of the older women who were making sandwiches and told her I had a complaint. I heard the woman say “oh lord” and when the other asked if she had done anything wrong she was told “oh no it isnt you it is her” when I told her what was wrong she stated that “that is the way brisket is” I have had brisket before and while you do have fat it is never 90%fat with 10% meat. She never asked if I wanted anything different, never asked if she could make me a new one. She turned and walked away so I threw my sandwich out and left because it was pure trash. The staff is snotty and rude, the food is the worst I have ever had at Arbys and I will never waste my money in that place.

Drive through takes far too long, lines are frequently so long that they spill into the roadway. I was secondin line turning my stop and it still took 10-15 minutes before I got to the window to pay. I had to ask for a cup carrier despite being alone in the car and ordering three drinks.
Drive-thru was backed up to the street. Went inside and walked straight to the counter. Six people standing there scratching their heads, sighing excessively, rude to Drive-Thru customers who were trying to get their order corrected, more than once. Waited 30 minutes for take-out! Manager came to the front and made it worse. Love Arby's, but not this one.
