Tried to contact the company via their website. But their captcha is not working properly. I would always give them chance to address concern first but I couldn’t contact them in this case. So here is the message I was going to send them: I need to complain about your restaurant near Tottenham Court Road. I tried to pay with cash but they refused and said pay by card. Fair enough. When I paid I saw it was £11:45 for California sub. I was given no receipt. On the way out I saw I should have been charged £9.95. As I had no receipt I tried to log on to my bank account so I could ask why I was overcharged. But the mobile data wasn’t working. Finall walking home I managed to log on and found I was indeed overcharged. You need to either change your advertising hoardings if for some reason the price should not be £11:45, if the price was correct and the advertised price is incorrect. Or give your staff training not to overcharge from people. Very disappointed. I ordered a large California sub with no additions (no extras) and per the advertisement I shop this should have been £9.95
Bought a Beef Mushroom Melt, extremely tasty and quick service, fries were lovely dipped in the Garlic Aioli sauce. Divine !!!
Arrived an hour late. Bread was stale. Filling was dry except for the salad which was soggy. Chips were cold. On the plus the blue cheese dip was lovely. I poured it on my salad I made for myself after tipping the rest in the bin.
Been here twice now and ordered the same thing. The lady that served me today at 1730hrs 13th May at the Tottenham Court Road cafe was so pleasant and smiley it lifted mely mood mood, a small interaction but a positive effect. The sandwich I had which was the salt beef sandwich was delicious
I thought I'd give this place a go and ordered a steak mushroom sub. There was a lot of wasteful packaging I thought. None the less when I eventually got to the sub itself it did seem a bit small for seven quid. So not what I'd call great value. It did taste very nice!
Completely stumbled upon this gem by accident, but honestly... this place makes amazing sandwiches. My personal favourite is the beef mushroom melt so amazing. Staff are so friendly, amazing service and the prices are really very reasonable.
The sandwiches here are just delicious. We're all vegetarian and there is so much choice! There are choices for gluten free too, as well as salads and lettuce wraps. The staff are super friendly too.
Great place to eat, food comes fast, not too expensive, good food. They serve all types of "build your own" sandwhiches similar to subway, and they have delicious frosties!
My friend and I stopped here pretty recently. I ordered a vegetarian with some vegetables, avocado and mozzarella. It was gorgeous! My friend had the ham and cheese toastie. I definitely recommend this place if you are nearby.
