I use the app to order online from here.The managers are usually the ones who hand us the order.There hasn't been a time where they forgot anything.There has been a time where something wasn't available, but the managers were able to substitute it with something else without issues. I'm giving 4/5 stars just because of the attitude of some of the workers. I'll give benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day. But this is in my opinion the better Wendy's in the area.
Normally great. Went after a long day for some quick dinner. After waiting in line for about 40 minutes we got to the speaker at 10:02 and it said the window was closed after having just took the order of the car in front of us. I double and triple checked the time before making the drive at it said they closed at 11pm. I will never go to this place again.
Stopped by for a quick lunch, quite literally the day before I write this. My Boyfriend got a Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger and fries, I got nuggets and a frosty.He threw up two hours later, and I've been experiencing gas among other intestinal troubles all night. We ate nothing other than the Wendy's we ordered. I can't imagine it being anything else that gave us these problems. At least the nuggets were hot and the fries were crisp. Oh, and the Frosty was a Frosty but how do you mess that up.
I would have given 0 starts if I can. Rude employee. If someone makes a mistake, you can tell them this is not how it works. I ordered a nuggets and I bypassed a car before me which is totally my misunderstanding. If people makes mistakes, you can tell them politely and kindly that I made a mistake and I have to drive around. you no need to ask "what the hell are you doing" and showing some weird actions. Who the hell are you to speak with me like that. Never visit them ever. I have been to many Wendy's and never experienced such a poor behavior. Even i made a mistakes in any other shops, They were polite and kind and give me suggestion.
If you want Wendy's this is the one of the two to hit up in the area. Haven't had any painful experiences at this one, which is shocking as their sales volume also seems to be fairly high.
Easy to get in and out of for the most part, but the line at lunch time was a 20 minute wait. Almost not worth it.
I usually don't do reviews but I had to today. What great service I got this afternoon! The order taker was able to follow my train of thought Which if you knew me you'd know that train derailed years ago lol..Fast & accurate service at this location! They didn't mess up my order! Everything I ordered tasted so fresh and still hot! I know there's difficult times lately but this location really gave me what I wanted and needed today! On my receipt says hosted by Joseph and cashier was Christine.. i'm not sure who actually cooked my late lunch but I wanted to let ya know THIS is what fast food is meant to tasted like Thank you so much!
I wasn't in a car so they wasn't going give me food? I told them I was a truck driver. A mobile order is when you do it on your phone you don't have to be driving anything? PLUS manager said to come back when I ordered it on my phone. I've been all over the country this is the worst store I've delt with? I will be reporting it to corporate
Waited in line to get food only being 8:30 at night and I get to the order menu sign and they said they where closed even though the app has them open till 10 never go there again
What is wrong with the drive thru that it takes AN HOUR to get food? Last I checked it’s fast food but definitely doesn’t live up to that name! And watch my fries will be cold and my sandwich will probably be undercooked.. GET IT RIGHT WENDYS!!
