Worst wendys I've been to . I traveled the US for 15 yrs and been to 100 or more wendys . This one takes the worst reward. Greasy floors,greasy tables ,staff laughing at customers because they don't travel both doors unlocked. Very unprofessional staff talking about everything but work at the front counter loud enough for everyone to here. And i have my 10 yr old daughter asking me what inappropriate subjects that are in there conversation .
Wendy's has good food but the girl at the pickup window needs to be taught some customer service. She is absolutely miserable! Never cracks a smile, never utters a word! I've been there several times, it was the same girl and she's terrible. She shoves the bag of food in your face at the Drive-Thru and never once does she utter a word or crack a smile! She's horrible. And I know others who have gone there and had the same experience with her. This is the Wendy's on kidder Street.
Gentleman at the drive thru window was sweet, Woman named sherry was not. Seems as if she talks to him like a dog, that didn’t sit right with me. Girl with blue hair at drive thru needs to go too, her attitude is disgusting.
We stop here at times because it's close and convenient. But I'm tired of cold food and missing items. And it's never something small missing. Dinner salads missing, kids meals missing, even full combo meals missing. Do you know how annoying it is to lose out on close to $10 per visit? Thankfully I ordered myself a 10 piece nuggets as well as my food, other wise I'd be starving. And of course, they're getting ready to close so we won't make it in time to tell them and have it corrected. My opinion-make sure those you hire are actually doing their jobs. Because every single time to be missing stuff is too much. Yall are making money for free
There was an extremely slow moving drive through line and as I waited about 20 minutes as I watched at least 5 or 6 cars get out of line to leave. And they were rude also when I finally got my food.
First of all I payed for 2 number 2s on the menu they gave me number ones and the food really was bad, you have a commercial for crunchy fries mine bent like a linp noodle and you might want to hire some people that look a little more professionals or get rid of those commercials. I will never eat that sloppy food again.

Went through the drive through. The Burgers were cold also the fries. I didn't eat the fries, thru them out I only like them when they are hot.
Emailed corporate twice for for most unfriendliest group of people to ever work a fast food place. Never heard from Corp.
117/2021 I went through the drive thru ordered a strawberry lemonade and recieved a regular lemonade. I handed my lemonade back and the girl at the window put a small squirt of something in the cup. After trying my lemonade again it still didn't taste like strawberry lemonade. The girl at the window responded with "you saw me put it in the cup you need to mix." I've never received a strawberry lemonade that was yellow. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I will not return to this wendys location
