The workers were very kind and helpful since it was my first time there. The icecream isnt the best but I think its my preference. Its nothing they couldve changed to make it better.
We had never had rolled ice cream but the staff was amazing! They explained it all and after choosing our flavors they showed it how it was done. It wasn't at all crowded and the ice cream was fantastic!
First time, ladies weren’t helpful. Rolled ice cream wasn’t great in my opinion. The service was worse. The two ladies there looked bothered that we walked in. My daughter ordered cake batter which wasn’t frozen (in an ice cream store!). She tried to get my daughter to change her mind and looked annoyed that my daughter said no I want cake batter I’ll wait. She said we had to wait for it to freeze she kept checking it and it still wasn’t frozen then she waited about a minute or two more looked annoyed and tried to check it again. She filled the cone and told my daughter it’s a “little a little soft sorry”. Before my daughter could even take a bite or was dripping to the ground and toppings were falling off.I also asked if they had brownies and she told me no but I thought I seen brownies on the other side. This place isn’t helpful and weird.We went around 8:15pm I understand that it was closed to closing time but it wasn’t as though we went 5 minutes before. I won’t be returning. I didn’t leave a tip which isn’t like me because I tip as much as I can but that “customer service” was missing.
Went there yesterday to try to get ice cream, was super excited. Walked inside no one anywhere to be seen. Sign on the door said they were open,door was unlocked. We stood and talked for a solid 5 minutes going over the menu, and all the options, and no one came out. My friend even politely called out to see if anyone was in there and was ok. Very disappointed that these places are so understaffed, but can only expect the employee was working with the inventory and would have had no idea we were even there anyways
Armani did a fantastic job on helping us decide and made some delightful ice cream for us. First time having rolled ice cream and it certainly didn’t disappoint
Awesome to see ice cream rolled. Prices are worth what you are getting. Very tasty & delicious. Would definitely go back to get some when I visit the area. Also staff treats you like a family member. Very clean inside & outside establishment.
I just had the best ice-cream I've had all year, the best customer service experience ever, and I think the lady who made my ice-cream needs a raise for all the hard work she does, I had the cheesecake rolled ice-cream and it was absolutely delicious, the lady was putting her muscles in in it.
Super nice people! Almost everything was lactose free and some fully dairy free options. I got mango fro yo and it was delicious:)
These girls work crazy hard! Was there tonight (on a rainy night) expecting it to be a slow night. However, the line was practically out the door and they never stopped. Plus they remained friendly to every single customer. I think they are gonna have some great biceps with the sort of workout!
Very wasteful and not good for the environment. Went in to get 2 banana split, and they used 4 little plastic disposable condiments containers to make them, and then just threw the plastic in the trash. The creams not that great anyway. Just go get some regular ice-cream. Also paid $16 for less than what you'd get on actual banana split for probably half the price.
