My husband and I had dinner tonight and we had the most AMAZING experience with Kaylan and Sully. I have food allergies and Kaylan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to enjoy a delicious meal. She was extremely friendly, super accommodating and very attentive to not only our table, but her other tables as well. Sully checked in on us to see how everything was, and she, too, was very pleasant and outgoing. We will certainly be back and will request a table in Kalyan’s section every time.
Waited over 10 mins to be seated even though tables were open. They needed 3 girls running the host station.. went to the bathroom to have a staff member take a stall and not actually go to the bathroom. Came out of the bathroom and our table was being busted even though I left my phone and box on the table. My purse was also at the table. My waiter was awesome though
From the time we arrived at the restaurant on the evening of May 21st for our first visit , through the short wait, to order placement, order receipt our experience was second to none. The quality and taste of our dining experience was outstanding. Our waitress Katie ( 5 year Marine Corp Veteran ) was there through the process assisting as needed. The management staff as well as support staff are excellent. Thank you all for a very nice evening.
Wife and I were in the area and called ahead to be put on the waiting list, when we arrived 20 minutes later we were almost immediately seated. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the 12 oz ribeye cooked med rare, spot on cooking, perfect. Mashed potatoes were fresh and home style. Also good. My wife ordered the portobello chicken and was very happy with it. We even bought some gift cards to share with family!Well done as always Texas Roadhouse...Edit: we visited this again today for an early dinner. Again, as always it was amazing. We were seated very quickly for a table for 2.Our servers (1 regular and a trainee) were very friendly and helpful.This trip we ordered a 20oz ribeye, med rare with house salad and broccoli, a portobello mushroom chicken with loaded baked potato and corn. The steak was spot-on cooked. (As a matter of fact, I've been to several Texas Road Houses and I've never had a steak not properly cooked to my liking)We also had a wonderful strawberry cheesecake to go.We had a wonderful time again. Tried for the first time last night. Service and food were wonderful. Will definitely be back
Texas Roadhouse offered a pleasant dining experience. Although crowded, our party didn't feel shoehorned or claustrophobic.Our server, Ashley, was friendly, courteous, and professional. The wait for our food -- although a bit long -- was certainly appropriate considering the number of patrons.The bowl of chili was hearty and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. The country fried steak -- although well prepared, was very salty, as was the grilled shrimp. The baked potato was delicious and baked to perfection.The half-rack of ribs were very good, and the meat fell right off the bone, just as described on the menu. The barbecue chicken was tasty, although a bit dry, and the baked sweet potato was prepared flawlessly.Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant just needs to cut back on the sodium a bit.
This is not our usual location that we dine at but we were out of town today so we picked up a to go order from this location on the way home. The mobile order experience was great, and it was ready at the promised time.When we got home we noticed that basically all the food was overcooked. My daughters mini cheeseburgers were so burnt, they were just charcoal... She couldn't eat them. My boyfriend's ribs were overcooked and the ends were very burnt, I got an 8oz sirloin that was supposed to be rare but was cooked to medium and the mushrooms were severely burnt and just did not taste right. I was also missing a topping for my loaded potato.I called the restartaunt to let them know and they offered to remake it but it was not our usual location and is too far away from where we live to go back to pick up the food so instead they offered me a $20 off coupon for my next order in my email. The customer service was great! The manager listened to my complaints and was very helpful. We eat at Texas Roadhouse all the time so we know this is not how the food is supposed to be. I don't know if this location was just having an off night, if there's a new cook, or what the deal was. We still love Texas Roadhouse and we'll still be coming back all the time, just maybe not to this location anymore.
The Roadhouse is a great place to go to with your family. The steaks we ordered where done to perfection and enjoyed the house salad. Our server was Angela and she was very professional and made sure we were well taken care of.
The most important part was the courteous and friendly staff and servers. Justine was such a delightful person yesterday! we talked neckties. lol. Prices are so reasonable. I enjoyed everything. Will be back soon.
