I only had a few options ordering food this late at night, so I chose this place. There were a few people waiting in parking spots, but the lady working this shift on 4/16/22 was extremely pleasant and took my order down with no issues. She offered to upgrade my small drink to a large, and had my food out to me in a timely manner. Most importantly, however, was the fact that of the four items I ordered, I actually got all four items in the bag. This has been such an issue at other places recently that it prompted me to write a glowing review. Of course, I could be an outlier, but I'll be sure to return to this place for future taco shenanigans.As for the rating, I ordered a potato taco and the potatoes themselves smelled off, so I didn't risk it. But everything else I got was fine. In short, excellent and timely customer service (a rarity these days), avoid the potatoes.
12 crispy tacos with no meat, no lettuce, nothing. Want my money back and additional consideration/ very disappointed, total waste
A very friendly team of staff. Food is always served hot and well prepared. They also give so many napkins you can keep a few in the car. Good food and friendly people basically what everyone wants when they're retrieving food.
Terrible time. Waited 30mins to get the wrong food. How do you mistakenly put beef on a item that doesn’t even normally have meat on it. Can’t say I should expect much more from a bunch of wiggerish staff.
I just love the Grilled Cheese Burrito and the Chipotle Chicken Chalupa! I also ordered a cravings box with a Steak Chalupa that was absolutely delicious!
Nastiest place. Watched them take taco meat from a box in the staff office and put it on someones order.. Staff is very rude and incompetent they have no idea what they are doing and mess up every order. And the place is gross..
I usually have a great relationship with them. Currently we're considering divorce. I found an inch long, jagged bone in my quesadilla. How did they miss that? Usually the food is great.... when there isn't a very, very painful bone that made me bleed. I got a couple btw. That was what they did about it.

Don't eat much fast food, but it's typically Taco Bell when I do. One of the only places with multiple vegetarian/vegan options that isn't just a salad.I mean, it's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting. It's good food, but still fast food.I've typically noticed that the staff are more friendly than many other fast food spots though. At least locally for me.
Great service at the curbside. The meal was hot with good portions, enough napkins and the Coke was not flat.
