Was finally able to get near this place, so we hopped behind the 3 cars in the drive thru (there is usually a line out into the main driving area that makes going here rather unattractive and inconvenient). I love a peppermint hot chocolate and ordered a large (never remember the Starbucks terms) and ended up with what I guess is their medium/grande size... certainly not the large/venti I was expecting. The drink was good as it usually is, but I was bummed I wasted my time in line for just the medium. As I pulled out, there was the normal 10 car line up. And parking here to run in is not easily accessible, so I enjoyed my medium and expect I'll never visit this busy location again.
Liam is AMAZING!!! He makes the absolute, best “Judy” drinks !!!!He is always kind, courteous and fun!! After a very long and exhausting work day, everything is wonderful in the world, as soon as I see Liam making my “Judy” drinks?Thank you soooooo much Liam!!! I’ve actually never been to a Starbucks where I received a greeting like I did this morning. The most friendly, genuinely happy group of people! It really set my mood for the day! My drink was great too but really just blown away at how every single person said good morning and happy Friday to me! Keep the energy!
Starbucks I love you but please get on top of your landlord because that road coming in is getting terrible and causing damage to vehicles cone or no cone. This is long enough now and with the next storm it’s going to get even worse as the plow is coming in out. PLEASE FIX THIS
I love this starbucks. Not only do you get exemplary customer service but products made with heart and creativity. I say this with experience from visiting this establishment on a regular basis. Now today one particular barista stood out for me. A gentleman by the name of Liam showed his artistic side and skills as a barista by serving me with an absolutely delectable Santa Claus secret menu drink. If you ever get a chance and love strawberries and vanilla bean ask for Liam and he can most definitely make you a drink you won't regret ordering.
I just celebrated my 23rd Birthday this week and of course I’m not passing up my free drink!As I pull up to order in the drive thru a delightful male voice comes over the intercom and when I asked if I could get any size I wanted for my birthday he said yes! Following up the statement with, “remind me to sing happy birthday to you when you make it to the window!”All in all, Jacob from Wilkes-Barre Township Starbucks deserves a raise!! He sang Happy Birthday to me at the window and asked how old I was.He was one of the sweetest souls and I’ll never forget my 23rd Birthday because of him!Also, my Trenta Pink Drink with light ice was spot on! ?As someone who worked at a Starbucks for 2 years during college, I can say I have made plenty of Pink Drinks and it was a job well done!I’m pretty sure the other gentleman’s apron who made it said Justin.So thank you Jacob and Justin for making this Birthday great! ?
Very, very friendly staff. I never drink Starbucks but got a gift card and they helped me figure it out when it said I couldn't activate it online and had to go to the store. Very kind.
Every time I go to the store I feel bad for the barista‘s because it look like they’re doing the best but it look like there is no good management for the storeI walk sometimes and I see like 20 people in the lobby and only 4 workers in the storeFor example in Christmas Day and eve there was literally 4 workers and a long drive thru and a full lobby I mean if you don’t have enough workers just shut down the store for that day it’s OK .
They didn't have any of their holiday flavors left. Very disappointing I couldn't order anything with chocolate off the holiday menu or the regular menu either.For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to settle for something lesser.Ended up getting Creme Brulee. It was ok, but definitely not what I wanted.
Makes good drinks but parking and drive thru is was too small for the amount of business they receive need to open another location or buy a nearby property to accommodate large crowds. They also need to remove drinks from app when unavailable so customers who come don't get disappointed
