The amount of ice cream you get for the price is insane! I was in an ice cream coma after finishing my delicious double scoop waffle cone.
Messed up my root beer float TWICE. The 2nd time I didn't even go back to the window. My boyfriend finished his cone, my daughter finished her hot dog and my son still didn't have his milkshake.. girl at the window says, "oh, are you waiting for something?" Yea, his milkshake. "Oh, what milkshake?" Really? ?♀️
Price for a Sunday was reasonable enough and it was good. Unfortunately I went back the next day and ordered the same thing. It cost a dollar more and it was not actually good. Seems like they ran out of the ice cream flavor I had asked for and they just added food coloring to vanilla soft serve and put it in the Sunday so it didn’t taste right at all and it had the wrong texture since it was supposed to be hard ice cream. I would have rather just picked another flavor honestly.
This is a great place, we've been going there for yrs, our drive there is 30 minutes one way.Went there last night asked if they had coconut ice cream, they said yes. So my husband ordered a large and didn't meet his expectations of ice cream, it was so gummy and wasn't very coconuty flavored. Not sure if they changed ice cream brands , but will try again and decide if we continue going there or not.

The location was great in the early 2000s, but now it's very run down. You have to pay with cash and they no longer accept debit/credit (probably to avoid taxes). The location has terrible parking and you'll risk dinging your car or worse, getting into an accident when trying to leave. I recommend other ice cream spots in the area, because they're a dime a dozen these days.
My first experience of eating funnel cake and it was so good, I paired it with a scoop of coconut soft scoop ice cream and oh boy, that soft fried dough with powered sugar was delightful.
Best ice cream in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Whenever we are in Pennsylvania, we visit Nice staff, great hand scooped ice cream, but the star of the show is the soft ice cream. Both the vanilla and chocolate are excellent.
I am a regular customer every Saturday and Sunday. My mom is disabled and looks forward to her sundae. While visiting yesterday, I requested the girls to save the ice cream and I would be there the same time. They were more than happy to. I arrived at the time I told them and they were sold out, I asked why it wasn't saved the owner said we don't do that. What happened to customer loyalty. I know it's a small thing but to my mom it was a disappointment. Michael Mootz in Hanover would gladly have done it and have in the past..this is why business are going put of business NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..Go elsewhere where they care about their customers
Great service, great ice cream. Friendly staff, definitely would recommend. One of the best ice creams in the valley
