Omg where to start.. 1) service. Was the best I've ever had!! I didn't catch his name but he was working the bar and was our waiter. That guy deserves a raise. He was very nice gentleman, very polite, and always was asking if we needed more drink refills.(my mom got lit) always checking on us. 2) Food. This was the first time eating in this restaurant. Normally we go to the buffet or bar Louie. (We only come for party on the patio) but because they were not opened we ate there. Wow! What a great choice. The food looked amazing and tasted delicious. Did I mention service 'cause damn it was excellent. Overall thank you for the great training for the excellent service. Again I wish I could have got his name. We left a very generous tip we hope he enjoys. We will return to that one again. 3) we got entrainment after watching some drunk get tackled and handcuffed for being a not so nice patron.
Do not expect much from small restaurants in casinos but this was an exception, very good food and service at reasonable prices.
Average food, large portions, noisy place, friendly service, bread was not baked completely and soaked in butter Not worth a visit. Better Italian restaurants nearby
Last night was our first visit to Rustic Kitchen Bistro & Bar, and it will not be our last. The food and service could not have been better. Our server, Jess, was AMAZING!! She made food and drink recommendations that were 100% on target. We cannot thank Jess and the other staff for making this a memorable evening. We can't wait to return!!
This place has gone downhill compared to pre-covid. Very disappointing. The old menu had so many nice items on it, we ordered scallops all the time. They now kept the "limited" menu and there's only like 5 entrees to pick from. It took us like an hour to order because we honestly didn't like the current choices. I put in my reservation that I would like a booth, and I was placed at a table in the center of the floor for my birthday dinner. Even though there was eventually an empty booth behind me (that was eventually given to 2 people that walked in way after me) they refused to move me to the empty booth when I asked. Our server was the only great thing. Drinks were very good, food was only just ok and with limited choices. This used to be our spot for birthdays, celebrations and dinners out. However, based on our recent experience we have made the tentative decision to never come back.

A cut above the rest in this area. Knowledgeable, curtious, and fast front of house staff. The chefs execute each dish as if Rembrandt we're painting a masterpiece. The atmosphere is classic with a modern touch. Live filmed food shows in the studio, and private family dining rooms. You can't get anything better within 50 miles.
Now, let me say I came hungry for dinner I did not expect to hear a rib eye special. For those who read my reviews, give me a rib eye over a filet any day (unless your buying me the filet). This was tender, perfectly seasoned to a slightly spicy peppercorn crust with a wine compound butter,(sold before they even told me about the butter). I am not picky, I am not fat, but [email protected] I love a good steak and this special knocked it out of the park. 2 others at the table got the same perfectly cooked to their temp (medium for mine). Not a huge chain fan, but worth a quick call to see if they have it on special, I (40s male) and give this meal 2 thumbs up and a Togo container for the dogs. I always support local and if it means our local waiter gets a fat tip I am for it. Be safe out there fellow foodies...
The food and drinks were great! Everything tasted freshly made. The atmosphere was nice and service was quick. The carmel irish coffee was delicious! Overall, I would try here again. I do recommend making a reservation prior.
