I went there today for the first time, asked the girl behind the register what was good on the menu, since I had never been there before. And she said "well, the prices are on the board..." She never confirmed my order or told me how much the total was, but I paid almost $30 and ended up being charged $7 for macaroni and cheese that I did not order. The food came out quickly and was cold and hard, and needless to say I will not be going back there again.But the good news is, that the girl in question and several other of her coworkers were having a Grand Old Time horse playing behind the register. So I guess as long as you're having fun at Popeye's while you're working... It doesn't really matter if business is booming.
Order two sandwiches, cole slaw, mashed potato. Went to drive thru pick up window & when handed the bag asked if everything was it & was told Yes. 25 minute drive home, opened bag...NO mashed potato. I have the receipt & was charged $2.99 for the tiny cup of mashed potatoes, so I had no "side" with my sandwich. Not the first time it's happened at this location. There was one car in front of me & one behind me, not like they were super busy.
This place is awful worst Popeyes I ever been too rude staff. Always fooling around,sure work should be fun but you really shouldn't be face timeing when people are waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru! There is always a million people in the back still get the wrong order every time! ? I recently visited this location told then I had a mobile order # 70 got to the window she said is ur name Michelle I said yes I got home had someone's whole door dash not my order. I couldn't come back as I have a little baby and it was late! Just go elsewhere always horrible
I went into the restaurant for pickup and the staff, although very nice, seemed to not know what was going on. In addition, I went to order a beverage and all they had available was Sprite. SMH... When I arrived home, they gave me 2 lg. mashed potatoes instead of the macaroni and cheese I ordered and paid extra for. I placed an order through Door dash and the order was wrong, again, even though the receipt was correct. Their prices are too high for the employees to continuously get incorrect.?
2 big family orders 2 different times forgot the biscuits both times sides of mash were half the container tonight when we redeemed the 1 7 biscuits we ordered a fry they didn't spell right either from burnt oil or just over fried idk pretty decent customer service u just spend so much money u want it to be 100%
The worst service EVER! I was 4th in line and it took 45 minutes. 4 employees standing around the window person talking laughing and having a great time. Never again
This place is the worst!!! horrible service!! run out of everything and the people that work here o nooo... let me stop but the customer service here is low life stuff like frfr! I mean I know it's fast food but why even have a job to be so nasty and lazy!!!
Got there pretty late, but plenty of time to order. Placed an order in the drive-through and after waiting 20-30 minutes, got my food. I foolishly pulled out without checking that my order was good and somehow my order that included two sweet heat sauces had no sauces. Of course, I then see that the place has turned off the lights and I can't just walk in to get the two sauces, so I wait back in the drive-through line for another 20-30 minutes, enjoying my time. After I finally got my sauces and returned home, I found that my 5-piece chicken had 4 pieces of chicken. Sadly, I can't say I'm surprised.I had a bad experience about two years ago with this same place and I was hoping that this time would be different. It was not. Instead, every step of my experience was inconvenient and simply miserable. I won't be returning, and I recommend you go elsewhere for your chicken. I'm sure Wegman's up the hill would be able to give you better chicken, whether you want to cook it yourself or not.
There new $6 box Special is the best deal around and spicy if you like.Service is quick and friendly.
