Food was outstanding service was great but maybe show the bartenders how to pour a proper beer ?
We had lunch today and the service was awesome! The manager checked our table twice and the food was great!
The last 3 times we dined there we had the same waitress, Ariana P, who instantly recognized us. She gave us excellent service. So good that I went up the manager on the way out to tell him how wonderfully she treated us!! Ask for Ariana P, you won’t be disappointed !!??
Stopped in alone to grab a salad and their yummy lil loaf of bread. Ended up ordering a small steak, salad and fries. Everything was great except the steak. I know they typically have pretty decent steaks especially for the price. Flavor was great but just too fatty within. I didn't ask to have it taken off but the guy bartender who waited on me came with a bill of zero! I tipped him more than what the bill should have been cause his service was perfect regardless of the steak. I would go back just for the service and still enjoy their food!
This was a fantastic experience! We sat in the bar area, Eric the bartender was the best. I had a bloody mary & my friend had a blood orange rita. We shared the steak dip which was delicious! From the specials area, I jad the steak & shrimp alfredo, they had the sugar steak entree. Both were well presented, hot, and tasty! Pictures attached. I hadn't been in an Outback Steakhouse in years and this was a wonderful experience and we will be back!
Dinner was amazing!!! Ed the Manager came by and made sure our dinner was cooked to perfection. He also educated us on how the ribs were made!!! Fall off the bone good!!! Our waitresses was Erica she was amazing always in point. Come to find out she is a new hire!!! KEEP HER OUTBACK SHE IS AWESOME!!! See u guys soon definitely coming back soon. Sam & Jess ???
The food and service were excellent as always. We have never had less than a wonderful experience. Our server was attentive and pleasant from start to finish. Terrific job all! We'll be back on our next trip to Wilkes-Barre.Johnnie and David
The owner of this restaurant location is super hands on and can usually be found greeting his customers with a smile and a laugh... His diligence is reflected in how clean the dinning room is, how efficient his kitchen runs, and how courteous and attentive his wait staff is... Kudos to him!
Food was great as always! Service & hospitality are unbeatable there! Our waitress, Amineh, did an excellent job taking care of us :) Our food was fresh, hot, tasty & our drinks were replenished without even having to ask. The Manager is always so pleasant & he always comes around to say hello & ask how everything is. We appreciate all that they do and we enjoy venturing there with our family
Food sucked. The only good thing was the french onion soup. Cold baked potato, shrimp not done and mixed vegetables were zucchini, squash and carrot. The first two being mushy and the carrot you had to pick up with your fingers because they were so hard and barely cooked. I don't want to go back, the food was awful.
