Damien: the store supervisor Sandra and her boss Cindy Taylor pulled a queer employee into the lobby and in front of everyone told them their Pride flag colored eyeshadow is inappropriate and they are no longer allowed to do Pride themed colors. They punished a queer employee for being visibly queer during Pride Month. Do not eat here they think being queer is inappropriate and discriminate against us. This McDonalds is the best one in the entire area. It is not because they cook the food differently than any other, it is the workers. Every worker I encountered at this store showed kindness and went out of their way to make the customers morning a little brighter. Whoever trains the employees at this location needs a significant pay increase.
I visit this McDonald's often since it is nearby, and I almost always have a positive experience. This last time I visited, the restaurant was short staffed and the orders were backing up, but the employees still remained friendly and kind, getting the orders to everyone as fast as they came out.
Worst McDonald’s ever. They are hurting the brand. Thought maybe after the renovation last summer they’d get it right. Let’s run it down: old food, cold food, dehydrated food, old fries, cold fries, watery drinks, there’s not a soul to the meals dropped in your car by this pit. Every order except 1 in the last month is missing: food, fries, sauces, ketchup, straws, napkins. The only thing this place does mostly correct is charge you money. But this place is garbage and their management should become barbers. At least they stand on their feet too.
Honestly the best McDonald’s in the area. Idk if I just go at the right time but my fries are always fresh and hot, always get it right, And are over all very nice workers. I’ve been to some awful McDonald’s so I really do appreciate this one.
I do love McDonald's but I do not love McDonald's Luzerne Pennsylvania they never get my orders right no matter if it's morning, afternoon, or night. I'm not sure if it's because of all the highschool kids working there, or because it's in Luzerne or because the workers just don't care. My husband and I were just there the other night and he said the same thing.
As long as you ask for your order made to order MTO you should be all right I do not like getting old food old French fries old chicken nuggets or anything that is fried that is old it is disgusting so make sure when you are ordering you ask for it to be specifically made now
Sandy was the rudest person to me at McDonald she yelled at my face and threw my food back at me that was cold that I wanted to see if I could get a fresh one please if the owner could contact her about this is this the first time I know people she did this to too it’s on going I’d rate a zero for this
I like their new hacks menu, but most importantly I truly appreciate the workers. They're very friendly, they try to make sure that your order is correct and if it's not they have no hesitation in fixing it for you. Through this entire pandemic they have been there working every day & dealing with some rude people so I give them all the accolades & kudos that they deserve! They're trying to keep their prices down, but with inflation raging out of control they're doing their best to keep affordable options on the menu. McDonald's never disappoints me, they have no problem accommodating special orders!
