Ordered from Franco's with my father. He ordered shrimp scampi. He very much enjoyed it. He called the store because he wanted to give his compliments to the chef. Once on the phone he passed along the message. The gentlemen on the phone thanked my father then proceeded with he's glad he enjoyed it, then hung up abruptly before my father could even respond. It was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate for someone who enjoyed their meal that they wanted to personally thank the employees
First time ordering from Franco's. I will be ordering again.(Pros)Great portion size for price. Flavor and taste are great. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Food order was correct. I cannot comment on staff because I ordered from GrubHub.(Cons)Take out/delivered in cardboard boxes instead of foam containers or plastic containers with sloppy presentation in cardboard boxes.
A pizza place is not supposed to have burgers this good! OMG my lunch was fantastic and the people here are the best.So much for my diet?.I highly recommend!

I was a winner in their “12 Days of Giveaways” and I truly couldn’t be happier with the prize! I won the Garlic knot Pizza and I decided on their chicken, bacon, ranch pizza- I’ve never been here before and just could tell by the pictures the food would be amazing and it was, it is absolutely delicious!! ? we ended up driving an hour and a half for this and it was 100% worth the drive. The flavor is so good, and I loved the garlic knots ? fresh ingredients, perfectly baked and I love the unique twist on a traditional pizza ? the owner and staff were so sweet and super friendly, definitely will be back!
Plain with stuffed crust. Pizza smelled amazing but was grossly dripping in oil. We weren't able to even eat the pizza regularly and had to eat it with a fork and knife.
I don’t normally write reviews but after that experience, I had to share… The pizza is absolutely amazing! The garlic knot crust was on point and perfectly cooked, super flavorful. Big portions and fresh ingredients. You got a customer for life!
