I like Dunkin' donuts, but I used to like it a lot more. It seems that lately there's a lot of inconsistency in both the beverages and the food. Sometimes it is very good, other times not so much.
This Dunkin used to be the best one but lately they can seem to get orders correct. Told the person multiple times what I wanted and it was still made completely wrong.

I ordered a sweat tea with liquid cane sugar and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches with extra cheese. My sandwich was cold which left the cheese not melted. It looked like they just slapped everything together and called it a day. The sweat tea was not sweat. I’m currently pregnant and was craving this ALL day only for my food to not come out the way I hoped it would. Never coming back to this Dunkin ever again!!! ‼️
Bad customer service was explaing to the lady on the board how much cup broke Because of the chunks of ice the lady next to her on the mic called me a bitc* also explained to her how it was made wrong and still made it wrong after there was coffee spilt all over my car I asked for napkins and she was very rude about it worst experience here
The hottest and freshest coffee...quick service too; Wish they would restore in seating dining; would make experience even more enjoyable.
Rude attitude when I called about a refund for a out of stock item in my mobile order this morning due to the snow. Hung up on me when I asked if they received it and had to call back again to rude teenager with a ton of attitude. I’ll stick to Starbucks from now on.
A simple order they got wrong not the time getting a order wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel when I left the store i got in my vehicle it was only a plain bagel with butter That was a simple order and it got it wrong.
Sign says lobby open but employees will not let us in. Handicap and needed to stoo and streach... but refused. Dont hang an open lobby sign if the lobby is closed!
