I’ve always loved coming to the Scott st location because of the customer service. Today, I was reassured of that. I had a rough start to my morning already, and Kristen made it 10x better. I couldn’t load my Dunkin app, and she did the kindest thing any employee could do. Thank you so much, Kristen, for reminding me of how much I appreciate Scott st. Location!
I asked for extra cold foam… but I got 1/2 a coffee. And I got charged the full price for a FULL MEDIUM COFFEE PLUS 70 CENTS FOR THE EXTRA COLD FOAM. this is a joke. Also got snakin bacon, it’s not even hot. Wish I got a cup on the side of the cold foam instead of this. Waste Of my money. Not coming back!!!
Horrible customer service! Only Dunkin near me and everytime I go the person on the headset is ALWAYS RUDE and trying to rush me through my order. My food is never right. They don’t let you add on at the window and expect you to go back in a long line to order 1 thing because their employees can’t even take orders right!
The prices are good and the service was good and I was in and out of there in no type of went through the drive-thru
NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT. TOLD ME THAT FRANK KNEW HE MESSED UP AND I CAN COME BACK WHEN I GOT A CHANCE. NOW ALL OF SUDDEN THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND I NEED A RECEIPT BOZOS! I would give 0 stars if I could.

we just let a young lady go ahead of us in the drive thru and she paid for our coffees. so wasn't necessary or expected but nice to see. we wish you nothing but blessings on you and your family. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas

The worse dunkin donuts I ever been in life. I've been there twice. The first time after a long driveway line, they didn't have any of the donuts available and the person was very rude and mean taking the order that I never got due to a lack of choices. The second time was Sunday, I ordered a pumpkin late, (no welcome, no good morning) at it was missing flavor, just tasted like water with pumpkin. Also, I ordered half a dozen of donuts and I was given the donuts on a small bag instead of a box. The donuts where squise and hard to detach one from the other without ruing the donut shape. I will never go there again. Very slow. Too much line. No customer care manners. The worse.
