I started a order for delivery, the site said it wasn't available. So I placed the order for curbside pick up. My phone rang within a minute, an employee called to be sure we wanted curbside pick instead of delivery and apologized that the website was acting up. We got it delivered and though he said 30 minutes it arrived in about 20 mins and was done to perfection!

Every once in a while we get hungry for Domino’s. Tonight we ordered from this location after rudely being told by a worker at the location on Wilkes Barre Blvd, that they no longer delivered to my area. The gentleman who took my order was courteous and helpful in explaining to me that the routes have changed for some stores and now I should be using their location. He apologized for the experience I had with the other store and I thanked him for being so helpful. He told me that they were extra busy and my order may take 45 mins to an hour. I told him that was totally fine. We put together a cash tip and a bag of Halloween candy for the delivery person, and to our surprise, the order was delivered in 40 mins, piping hot and by the man I spoke to on the phone. Oh, and did I mention it was pouring down rain?? Great customer service!! Thank you so much Kidder Street location!!
Always a great experience :)This particular Dominos has the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had ! Those with gluten sensitivities / intolerances : these never trigger me ! The workers obviously care about cleanliness and keeping their customers happy !

What can I say about Domino's pizza. Decent food options to choose from. The flavor on most of their items is pretty good. The garlic bites tend to run a bit greasy, but that aside, the flavor is ok.They have a great $20 deal that should satisfy you hunger for the moment.We order from here about 1-2 times around every 3 weeks or so.Hope this helps.Have a great day !!

My boyfriend and I I ordered food from this Domino’s on Kitter Avenue in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania around 11pm and the only reason I rated it at two stars was because of the quickness and delivery. When I called to place my order the employee taking my order corrected me falsely. The friendliness of the delivery driver was extremely poor. We asked him for change and at first he said all he had was a couple $5’s and some $1’s. Once we requested a smaller exchange he then changed his response to only having a couple $1’s. Our food was overly salty my lava cakes didn’t taste right they tasted it as if they had been made a while ago and reheated. Overall the entire experience was dissatisfactory.
Pizza is usually very good. Had a couple that were with very little toppings and cheese. Had a few that were either cooked too long or too little. Generally though the pizza is good. I wish they had more topping choices and a pesto sauce variety or at least fresh basil and sliced tomato not diced. I know that's a corporate thing, not the store, but domino's in general could do better with more topping choices.
