Went to the delivery window waited 4 minutes for someone to even show up. They knew I was there because I first pulled up and tried the door but it was locked. I said I called in a gluten free pizza and she asked my name. She looked found no order for Kate and what size pizza. I said it's gluten free and she said "oh" and walks away .. then she takes my payment and was laughing. Like her wasting my time is hilarious.. the pizza was burnt...
This place was once great, never had any problems with my orders. However lately there have been mistakes with my orders not mention the wait time. Sometimes when there is something missing i don't bother calling because it's just not worth waiting. Most of the time my order is in quality check for about an hour. I also opt in to receive text messages when my order is out for delivery, but I don't receive updates. Quite disappointed.
Don’t order I ordered heretold them the address specifically and the apt number and they just didn’t delivery they showed up then they left and then we called and told them they said sorry they sent it back
The pizza and the pasta was burnt. I was so mad when I got home. The 1 on kidder st is waaaaaaaay better
The order system is great! Pizza is always good and delivery is prompt.
Nice and friendly staff. The place is clean and the food has always been good even for a dominos. No worries ordering from here.
Ordered meat lovers pizza, Buffalo chicken pizza, plain pizza, cheesy breadsticks & this Apple pie dip. The best thing was the cheesy bread sticks. The rest was extremely underwhelming.
Ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and it’s bacon and tomato, I wish I could get my money back. Didn’t even eat it.
I ordered my food online contactless delivery paid with a debit card. I watch the bars go up it went to Quality check to delivery back to Quality check so I waited, a friend took an Uber home and when he was meeting him out front my food was sitting on my banister ice cold no Thanks never again
