First time to the Wilkes-Barre Chuck E Cheese. I'd have to say I wasn't expecting how clean it was and how well organized they are. My daughter and I were there for a birthday party on Sunday and she loved it there. I liked how well mannered the staff were and how well and smooth the party ran. With it being Wilkes I wasn't expecting it to be so clean and how well the food tasted. (I'm one that doesn't like to support chains) but I was very impressed and now we are considering a birthday party for our kids. So thank you for a great first experience and I hope that location does really well.
It was fun and not crowded!!..They can do better with the pizza and have a fresher salad bar??. Bring back the tokens/tickets pleaseeee lol??
Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to hold a birthday party for children. My friend held a party for her daughter and her daughter loved it! They brought out Chuck E Cheese himself and let her daughter dance with him. They were all very friendly and accommodating.

Went here for my son's 3rd birthday. He had an absolute blast. Can't beat $35 for 2 hours of gaming fun.
Pricey but fun for the kids. Need a few more games for the little little ones.
Had my daughters birthday here The girls were amazing. Polite helpful and most of all not too pushy.
I do not recommend having a party at this establishment. The “party” they threw for my daughter was incredibly chaotic and the “event to event” flow was slow and made the children impatient! There was a half hour between the pizza and cake! Talk about impatient children! Never again will we have a party here!
Not very clean overpriced employees were not checking children/adult hand stamps as we exited
They changed it from those annoyingly coins & tickets, to a simple card OR bracelet. My kids beg to go here. Food is a bit expensive so I usually go elsewhere to eat afterwards. But besides that, it's truly a fantastic place for a family day. I also can't forget to add that there's a picture booth too. 3 of them! Def a good place, nice people, great time. Highly recommend!
