They were out of salad dressing, but did not tell me when I ordered the salad! I would not have gotten a salad if I had known there was no dressing for it!
I wish I had looked at these reviews BEFORE I ordered for pick up on 5/15/22. I arrived 2 minutes after the "promised time", and I live 2 minutes from the location. When I got home all my food was cold. The steak burrito had a hole in it, the meat was fatty and chewy, and there was more sour cream in the burrito than any other ingredient. The chicken burrito bowl had vey little chicken, but plenty of cheese (which was barely melted). And the chips were stale and cold. What a waste of money.
This store needs to get its act together. The staff most not all unfriendly like they are too good to work there, goofing around and not paying attention. Order in store and they manage to give you a bag with someone else's order in it because they aren't paying attention to who is paying and what they are grabbing and putting into a bag. Never give or offer a printed receipt. Always open and check your food before you leave this store.
After biting into my burrito I immediately realized something was wrong. I spit it out only to find a giant clump of plastic warp inside the burrito. This isnt funny, and after waiting over two months for customer service to reply to my complaint (they never did) I finally just wanted to document this as a review so no one else gets hurt. Completely ridiculous.
Things are fantastic as long as the order is correct. Two times, consecutively, our order was wrong and there was no way to contact the restaurant directly for help. Sadly, you are stuck with automated services that can’t give specific resolutions. The standard protocol is to offer coupons that can only be used one at a time and have an expiration date.
Service was ok. Burrito was delicious. Lemonade was also good. However, I wanted to add Caso and Guac to my burrito that had Steak, Chicken, Black Beans, and Shredded Cheese. It costed me $4.00 to add Guac and Caso to buy burrito. The place definitely has a lack of cleanliness, and adding toppings should not be $4. Should be in between FREE and $1.00, not $4.00!
Absolutely absurd... chipotle is my favorite place to earth, but this chipotle has recently been in the dumps. Staff doesn't do anything, they sit around, no attention to detail what do ever, they do not prepare for anything what do ever either. They never have food, it's either out or they just don't want to cook it because they are lazy. Tell me how I drive to chipotle and they are gonna tell me there's no steak, chicken, rice, or cheese, what else am I gonna get? Today I go there after a 30 minute drive I made there and they tell me oh we're not opening up till 12 today. Like what? For whatever reason which they wouldn't specify to me for I hope it's worth it. Also we can be in a mediocre line with about 5 people and it will take 20 minutes to start ordering due to the staff just hanging around and not caring, and when it's your turn, there will be no more food left. Im not even gonna mention how dirty it is in the place because it doesn't effect my life.
We had a great experience at Chipotle today. The employee, Shak helped us throughout our experience. He changed our globes for us and made sure no meat fell in our bowls, since we are vegetarian and he stuffed the bowls really well. Nikolas helped us pack up the bowls and label them. Both of them made our night a good one.
I've been sick for 2 days with violent food poisoning, all because I tried Chipoltes for the first time. Wish I read the reviews first as they clearly have tons of cleanliness complaints. Thanks for overcharging me $5 too, I noticed on my receipt for guacamole, even though I never ordered or received any. Not only do you get ridiculously sick, I am hurting terribly, they charge you for stuff you never got or ordered, I will never eat here again or anywhere with this chain. Well, back to the toilet, absolutely disgusting.
By far the worst chipotle I have ever visited, and I’m a huge fan of chipotle. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes which normally doesn’t bother me at all because I’m typically a very patient person. Until It was my turn in line to order, and the employee who helped me stopped three times to gossip with their coworker before even getting the wrap for my burrito out. The rest of the experience was equally as bad but it’s not worth typing out, just like ever visiting this place was not worth it.
