The staff was absolutely delightful. Their cheerful personality and aura really changed the experience, as well as the overall feeling in the establishment. They where genuinely friendly people who seemed to be having fun while working. It was so refreshing to experience. Me and my family had a great time!!!
Great experience every time, I don't know how they are able to show up for work every day and be that kind to everyone. They even seem to like each other.And the chicken biscuits are awesome moist butter and flakey biscuits with high quality chicken. It is the only fast food restaurant that I actually look forward to eating at.
Friendly staff. Was a bit different than the Chick-fil-As I'm use to in FL. Had a line but not crazy needing 4 plus people outside to take orders. Still decent turn around of food.
First time there and pleasantly impressed.Only got the chicken tenders, but YUM!!Thick and juicy and more of a seasoned breading, not batter dipped like most everywhere else. Quite enjoyed both their signature sauce and the Polynesian sauce.Don't know why I'd waited so long, but will definitely return soon.
Quality experience from the staff. Location was modern and clean. Food came out quickly and tasted great. It's obvious why this place gets so much business. Highly recommend.
Where do I start… I was completely taken aback by Caleb’s genuine kindness when I went to order in the drive through. He was so sweet and even gave me some of his favorite recommendations. People just aren’t that nice anymore. When we got up to the window literally everyone working was so nice and friendly. I’m sorry to everyone waiting behind us, we totally slowed down the always speedy line.We actually brought our team here earlier and they had orders out incredibly fast and everything was perfect.
Was very slow with service. A middle aged man with glasses seemed like he was doing everyone's job, got our food out fast with out us asking. I thought he was the owner. Food delicious as always.
Disappointed today!!Told our food was on the way out (did curbside pickup) , then waited 15 min more before order came out.Got our order, 3/5 drinks wrong, 2/5 sandwiches wrong.Had to go in to get sandwiches corrected..was made to wait another 7 min before I finally spoke up and asked fot assistance.Worst customer service at any Chik Fil-A we have ever had!

This is the first chick-fil-a I have been to that didn't have a line. The food was fresh and hot. No complaints here. I would recommend this for a fast meal on the run.
